John Henry - as Sirmark says - without the Bond there would not have been the discoveries! Also no one questions the Bond when the shares trade higher!

Agree Michael the Convertible was a massive mistake and has created huge dilution over the past few years.
Certain heads should have rolled.

Without the CB we wouldn't be where we are now and as CB's go we've probably got one of the best !

Convertible Bonds....the worst possible way of raising funds.

Shorters know what the bond holder will do so use it to their advantage to trash the share price. The Company is then in no position of strength when it has to raise more funds and can't get a placing away at more than 17p.

Dear oh dear, whose idea was that?

I hear that there is an investment zoom/teams call this week for Canaccord clients with the management of PANR. If anyone on here is invited can they please ask what their reading of the CB new stock is? Is the holder still selling or is the larger volume last week evidence that the holder has borrowed stock to sell their entitlement early? Many thanks in advance.

The share price will tell us when the CB shares have been cleared & with current volumes that shouldn't take more than a few days. If they started forward selling last week we may see an upturn sooner rather than later !

And their slides left me cold too. Too much info, several irrelevant to the core message: Alaska is running out of gas; Do something about it now to meet the projected shortfall by (date); These are the 2 alternatives and their costs; Pipeline wins by ($how much?): These are the key risks, and how to mitigate them; This is our recommendation. Get it into 7 slides slides, because people can generally only remember 7 ± 2 chunks of info. How many did they have? 65!

Probably CB selling as per the usual. Roll on the drill news in due course.
I listened to the Wood Mackenzie report delivery and Q&A to the Alaskan state government office. My God, what a dreary anodyne presentation. They need to work on the delivery in terms of where to drive the emphasis and be more clear and specific. Hopeless way to present to laymen/women in government.
