We can also look forward to the AGDC recommending the pipeline before Christmas.

Of course AGDC do not have the authority to approve the pipeline, just to recommend it goes forward to FEED.

The State is expected to decide - one way or another - in June 2025.

In one of the documents tabled at the 19 Nov meeting - reference was made to Permits and Authorisations - the first one was Presidential Finding Concerning Alaska Natural Gas approved by Ronald Reagan in 12 Jan 1988.
