No, but farm in partners will understand and indeed be able to estimate the risk regards lateral continuity. They can therefore apply this risk factor into their offer, as I am sure the potential farm in partners did last year. It happens all the time in the industry.

No one can judge the economics until the decline curve is understood. That no one very explicitly includes any well funded parties thinking of farming in. So if they don't raise not much to happen until the late autumn, bar the early hurrahs. At the end of which PANR will be short on funds, which anyone farming in will know. As it is, the base case means that farm in terms, should they happen, will be very much worse than the shareholder base anticipates. At least with 100% equity there isn't any scope to buy out partners at "bargain" prices, their usual modus operandi.

Shorts have been pretty good at predicting the share price movements though. Probably a more important skill for trading than spelling.
Decision time at the mo, bounce or tank?

More lies and misleading from the longs The project has not been deemed as commerical. The RNS infact states "As is always the case, we remind shareholders that a definitive assessment on commerciality cannot be made until flow testing operations are completed". Pantheon have take the current numbers, including NGL which they say only comprise 2% of the total rock and not probably not commerical, and created some dubious figures to try and prove potential commercially "Value of current (ie pre clean up) mix c $40k a day" - what on earth does value mean? The RNS states "At current pricing, this production stream would generate approximately $40,000 per day in gross revenue". Gross revenue is revenue prior to any costs being applied such as taxes, wages, materials etc. I note they have not provided a net revenue figure as I doubt it would be pretty. As for current value - the gas is being burnt off so there is zero value from this "Alkaid is less than 4% of Pantheon's total current estimated recoverable oil and by itself supports the companies current market cap, without allowing for the inherent value of finds in Talitha, SMD and Theta West fields" - no oil and gas exploration company is either a) valued on its NPV10 or b) uses NPV10 at the moment when FED fund rates are closer to 5%. NPV10 was applicable in 2020 when rates were zero but not at the moment - NPV15 maybe. Furthermore $423m is £340m whereas market cap is currently £367m with debt of around $60mil and zero income so no NPV10 doesn't "cover" the current market cap, whatever this means. "No plans for immediate cash raise - fully funded for current well operations and enough working capital to take them through to 2024. Preferred route to fund future well development(in SMD) from farm out but could be capital raise" - enough working capital basically means they can pay salary and costs until 2024. As they have no drills planned this means the current cash will not extend to any drills. The IRR for the current well is 30% best case scenario so unless they wanna wait four years to get enough capital to drill the next well, I see no alternative other than a placement or more horrible death spiral financing
