BC I think they have no interest in drilling till Mrs Gray has been sorted. Doing any drilling now would give her a free ride on subsequent wells on which she could then come in on.

DB Looking at what RB's visit this week has done to the share price I would prefer him to stay on the other side of the pond.

I reiterate - they need to complete just one drill - it appears that the forensic examination of Texas drills started some months ago so surely they should be in a position to re-drill just one of the 6 wells. If successful it would provide much needed cash flow because I'm starting to doubt the total success of the JV in Alaska and if that is delayed or heaven help us it fails, then its out with the begging bowl for another fund raise..........probably down in single figures just like my first purchase over 10 years ago

This is heading for the 15p mark. No trust with Jay and this company unfortunately.

Just hoping BR is making a visit to Repsol while he is this side of the pond! Not a pretty finish.

Could it be that the overhang seller is finished but some of the stock is in the hands of the MMs? All it needs to turn this round is a good farm-out. The process has been ongoing for some time now - that's probably making some nervous nellies fear they can't secure a deal. Not me, I hasten to add!

A lot of CEO's from small start-up companies are great company! That's how they generate an aura of confidence around them. This group of people is also very enriched for individuals scoring highly on the 'Dark Triad' psychopathy scale! A bit like Turksihs's view of Gypsies! 'What do you know about Gypsies?' 'I know they're not to be trusted'.

First name was David and I meet him when he was selling The Falklands as the next Kimberley diamond mine plus industrial sands. He is very enjoyable company!

'has or had'? Who is the 'thin man from Bristol'? Tim Heely? I just remember the story always being positive until they went out of business. I wasn't hurt by it, but I imagine a lot of PI's were.

Nighthawk has a special asset, “the thin man from Bristol” which explained a lot there.

Bitcoin the Alkaid test was genuine progress so looking for a JV without laying out much cash seems the smart move. I don’t think Texas has been abandoned, just parked until 100% of the asset is acquired. After that who knows what they plan for Texas. My preference is to flow the Navarro which was apparently profusely producing hydrocarbons whilst the hired experts screwed up the well. The Navarro were targets in the 1930s so hopefully 2019 technology could handle the challenges there?

Looks like it might hit previous lows of 15p before any pick up.Depressingly grinding down every day.

Bit coin, I agree with your view on lack of completion. I also remember a little oily called Nighthawk, all promise, lots of action and no profit. That was Eagle ford shale (amongst other formations) similar to the PANR texas acreage as far as I can tell. Maybe technology has advanced and operational costs are lower (I don't know) and maybe Texas can be profitable, but it would be good to see it happen in my view rather than just hope. As you say, if nothing comes out of Alaska, this could be a complete basket case.

£82.88m mkt cap...even more amazing. The share price was higher before the Alkaid success. This is nuts.

Bitcoin, they have told you nothing will be done in Texas until the BEG study is complete and ESeis have had a look. You’d rather just go ahead and make the same mistakes as have already been made? Not so smart.

BC, Whilst I agree with your comments and the lack of activity in Texas to a degree, BR made is quite clear in the recent presentation that operational mistakes had been made with pretty much every drill undertaken in Texas. He stated that the new team want to assess these assets with a fresh face and with as much expert help they could get - New 3D seismic, re-engagement of the University of Texas etc before the next drill. That makes sense to me.

Db, the problem here is not only a matter of trust in the company but also about the failure to complete anything!J and the board are happy to sink £70 million in failed drills in Texas and then casually abandon them in favour of a greener outcome from Alaska.IMHO they should not put all their eggs in one basket- wtf would happen if no Jv emerged? They should contemporaneously complete just one of the 6 wells in Texas whilst the jv talks continue That would prove to the doubting market that the new team have the necessary skills to get the job done unlike the amateurs employed by vision, rant over, Aye!

Apart from the trust issue all small stocks like Pantheon are getting squeezed by institutional liquidity concerns. Once the JV is completed hopefully some trust will be regained but just as importantly concerns on liquidity will ease as institutional holders recommend the stock either actively or passively via disclosure. So potentially a double upside, hopefully!

Clearly the presentation effect has been restricted due to the stock overhang. With this gone I suspect this will trade up strongly. They appear to have very real and significant farm out interest. UK markets simply don't value stocks correctly at this time this won't always be the case. Keep tucking these away the size and scale of this is getting bigger and we will be fully rewarded over the coming months

I know but I thought I would lay it out in numbers which makes the point with brutal transparency. Onwards and upwards from today I reckon following the placing out of that stale stock. Also I doubt the buyer is there for 20%.
