I suggested a small hiccup around 56. We've bust that but it's end of day that matters. Hopefully when some of the bigger shorts decide to close, it will get back above the 70s, or more. Pleasing to see the predicted breakout happen. Original post 31595 for reference.

Looking at the charts ... no resistance from the 60p we're at to somewhere just north of 70p - but Forwood is better placed to comment than I!

Noted the not a gas cap in Dec has become a gas cap but a very small one. Sounds like a developing story there imo.

"Gas rates are above 2.5 mmcfd which is higher than originally anticipated, however this is not believed to be from a gas cap but coming out of solution near the well bore. This is not considered a long term problem as excess gas could be reinjected into the reservoir for pressure maintenance."

Subsequent to the Company's last update on Alkaid #2, detailed analysis has been undertaken to better understand the higher than expected gas production. Pantheon has undertaken extensive analysis with SLB (previously known as Schlumberger) and other consultants and have collectively concluded that the frack has possibly intercepted a gas cap at the extreme updip portion of the Alkaid anomaly. The possible gas cap is not significant, estimated to represent approximately 2% of the gross rock volume of the Alkaid resource, yet would explain the gas production volumes. Analysis suggests this possible gas cap could be avoided in future wells by positioning the lateral sections a little deeper in the reservoir. Analysis has also confirmed that the entirety of the lateral section of the wellbore is in the oil zone.

Hopefully Jay is not looking so glum as the last interview. I want to hear that the workover rig is on sight and its nearly finished. I don't want to hear of any more delays or problems please as its been the longest of time since we spud. I would also like to know when they were wire logging did they realise that they had a ton more gas then they were expecting.

So, the bull professes not to have heard of big dazzler and truant (and yes I unfiltered you to check on the most recent nonsense). This is surprising as big dazzler and truant have posted alongside him for the past few weeks, if not months. If this is typical of his attention to 'in your face' detail it's not surprising he's incapable of noticing the positives here. Best ignore!
