13/10/2020 08:15 | Noticed a possible change in drill timing, it is now "If we can complete a farmout in time to drill this winter," bit of uncertainty creeping in? | dan de lion
13/10/2020 08:14 | Bid 42.10 Offer 37.40

13/10/2020 08:13 | Pro ref Arden "we have a Buy recommendation, increasing our target price today from 65p to 70p based on our NAV".
Is that it? For what is purported by the company to be worth $1.5bn? Maybe they already had a guesstimate in their NPV, but you'd think they could be a bit more optimistic.
Gosoftly - a different take would be to consider the whole sentence "If we can complete a farmout in time to drill this winter, Talitha has the potential, if successful, to be the most impactful well of my 50 year career.".
Unless he's planning to retire, then all that would change is that it would say "If we can complete a farmout in time to drill next winter, Talitha has the potential, if successful, to be the most impactful well of my 51 year career | spangle93
13/10/2020 08:13 | It never fails to amaze me that some people buy on the rumour and sell on the fact, and and so a few traders are taking a few pounds profit of the table. a nice gift to those of us who might want to add - after all, with numbers like those confirmed today this is only going in one direction medium and long-term. | soggy
13/10/2020 08:12 | MM's doing a smash and grab on shares. | martyn9
13/10/2020 08:11 | LOL Good news you say? So why has the market dumped? | bulltradept

13/10/2020 08:05 | Plenty more news to come, the key here is being patient and holding them shares tight, dont get tempted to offload a few as there is tonnes more news to come ahead. | pro_s2009
13/10/2020 08:05 | Market short of stock IMHO, they won't be able to hold it for long. GLA | scot126
13/10/2020 08:02 | Brilliant rns, next step a jv deal as cream on top of the cake. | martyn9
13/10/2020 08:00 | Great result, will be interesting to see how much they mark us up this morning. With months of lined up news events I expect this should keep many shares in tight hands regardless off the share price I still think my conservative price if £2.50 will be smashed and maybe we'll hit Malays estimate of a 50 bagger (14p at the time he wrote) £7.00 per share ... he was not privy to these estimates... would be interesting on his take today as well.Just keep your shares tight, this is just the start, and there's nothing else around at the moment with this much potential for such a cheap price, the returns "could change your life, only if you keep them!"Anyway GL all | sirmark
13/10/2020 08:00 | I guess ‘partners̵7; will be queuing up to get in on this, excellent news. | camelot5

13/10/2020 07:47 | Biden is a 'Corporate Democrat' and not a 'Progressive Democrat' - I don't think big oil has anything to fear. | saget
13/10/2020 07:44 | Darcon if all your questions are answered the presentation might be quite a while! I think it’s time to send some cough sweets to them? LOL
Great news this morning and I like the emphasis on location at the top of the release.
Have a good day all. | davidblack
13/10/2020 07:42 | Oil price and demand collapsing.Biden for the White House and against big oil.Lemmings and mushrooms only. | ken chung

13/10/2020 07:38 | "If we can complete a farmout in time to drill this winter, Talitha has the potential, if successful, to be the most impactful well of my 50 year career. The words from Jay | catchingmice
13/10/2020 07:34 | Comment from Arden on the news:
Conclusion: Pantheon has assets onshore Alaska and East Texas spanning the E&P
risk spectrum from production to exploration. The Alaska portfolio provides
substantial upside potential, with Greater Alkaid now moving towards development, the Talitha discovery to be further appraised alongside ongoing resource assessment work, and additional prospects for potential exploration drilling(Pantheon interests range from 89% to 100% on all Alaska assets).
The ongoing Alaska farm out process is targeting drilling of Greater Alkaid and Talitha, both of which enjoy the significant cost advantage of being close to the TAPS pipeline and Dalton Highway, and this could lead to first production in Alaska as early as 2021.
In East Texas, the asset potential is being reanalysed given Pantheon’s assumption of operatorship in 2019. Given the potential for a confirmed new work programme based on the Alaska farm out process, combined with the existing value of the assets in the portfolio, we have a Buy recommendation, increasing our target price today from 65p to 70p based on our NAV. | pro_s2009
13/10/2020 07:34 | Absolutely stunning result again from Pantheon $1.48b on top of $2.7B at SMD
Prospective Resource (Recoverable) of 341 million barrels of oil (MMBO) as a most likely case. The Company has modelled an illustrative development plan(1) for this zone with 62 producing wells, exploiting 247 MMBO of this resource, and using the WTI current forward price curve, yields a potential NPV10 of over US$1.48 billion, with NPV per barrel of $6.00 and an Internal Rate of Return of 55%.
Share price is incredibly cheap based on these numbers with slope fan to come IMHO | senttothegallows
13/10/2020 07:33 | great that we are also working on a "material upgrade" to the SMD - no doubt major emphasis will be placed on this by Roger Young next week and what a great card to be able to play if needed. Very much feels like a line in the sand being drawn as we close out on farm out negotiations. Hats off to Jay, Bob and the team. | sporazene2
