How about not worrying about what you don't know and look at what you should know. Alkaid 1 ( 4 miles away ) flowed 80-100 bpd from a 6ft interval, which is considered an excellent return from a vertical drill Alkaid 2 is (according to proper knowledgeable people) a better reservoir and a horizontal which historically are better producers. Hope that helps to lift your gloom.
