20/9/2022 20:29 | So we have directors holding millions to add to:eSeis production royalty (eSeis accredited with Alpine discovery)Independen | rabito79
20/9/2022 20:23 | Read my first of two posts. Your alluding there is bad news they know of. If that was the case and they knew, then they could not have exercised their rights. You really don’t understand | padamster
20/9/2022 20:12 | Two weeks before the existential flow results they sell. Team PANR we are not. | arcadian
20/9/2022 19:58 | Another numpty that has not been following the story - an acquaintance of Pro I suspect | padamster
20/9/2022 19:50 | PADAMSTER So we've no got directors selling to add to - Assets deemed worthless by Halliburton, handed over for £0 - In house mgmt estimate of size of resource - No CPR - Death spiral - No IIs - Track record of failure - Broken promises on a farm out first mooted in 2019 HOUSE!!!! | truant2tb1
20/9/2022 19:44 | That’s a bold statement there Forwood - in your view, the BoD don’t have integrity and are chancers. Wow! I’m surprised you still hold based on that (and for someone who prides themselves on integrity)… In taking the fight to Pro, you have gained some positive kudos with many. Can you see how what you have now written may be (mis)interpreted? Readers may wonder how your actions reconcile with your written views. For balance, and to make it absolutely clear to everyone, please could you share the ‘bull case’… | probabilityofsuccess
20/9/2022 19:38 | Amazing how these numpties come out of the woodwork with the objective of getting nervous shareholders to sell. The BOD have every right to sell or buy stock. What many are missing is the fact that operations are going to plan otherwise they could not have exercised their rights. If I was in their shoes I would have probably done the same and taken advantage of the options. Also their shareholding remains the same! It’s all very simple really | padamster
20/9/2022 19:29 | Forwood, why has there integrity gone because they sold a small portion of their options? Obviously I would rather they held, but I think some of the reactions today are way over the top.It makes complete financial sense for them to take a relatively small portion of their options off the table. I am sure many other investors have done the same. | rabito79
20/9/2022 18:53 | Cor blimey, guv! Yeah so my prediction was wrong today. Time for celebration. Everyone in the money. There could be a lot of people getting burned in the next few weeks. Blinkers are for horses. But it seems all the donkeys are wearing them too. Be careful. | helpfull
20/9/2022 18:42 | Just relieved I got a decent sized short on before the directors started selling!!! You fellas are in for a treat! | truant2tb1
20/9/2022 18:38 | dhb, I haven't sold. Traded a couple of small parcels. I feel like Arcadian. Much has been made of their integrity. That's gone, and it feels like they're just like any other chancers. They'll have to work hard to regain my trust - not that they may care about that! | forwood
20/9/2022 18:30 | Added to your valued posts dhb368, I t's worth reminding all the the awarding of options as stated in this year's options RNS is an annual event & based on certain delivery / performance levels. Sure there will be further options vested in the coming 6 months with similar performance / delivery requirements... If those requirements are met then all shareholders will benefit and those directors will deserve their options as vested.. GLA C | chris0805
20/9/2022 18:01 | …..it was their lab and their skin making ability that allowed them to graft it! | probabilityofsuccess
20/9/2022 17:51 | It's not skin in the game..If you've grown the skin in a lab and had it grafted on to you! | officerdigby
20/9/2022 17:45 | Nobody is happy with the timing, but I don't think they had many options to time it better. | dhb368
20/9/2022 17:44 | I still feel violated by their timing and for me they are no longer those optimistic nice guys with good news that we saw in the seminars and bulletins. What a time to inject doubt and look after number one. | arcadian
20/9/2022 17:14 | "I'm going for 97p by the end of the day. Be careful." You got that really wrong Helpfull! If you can't even get the direction of travel right some way through the day, what makes you think you can add value? Predictions of that kind, made with apparently no reasoning or justification, are the very antithesis of helpful. Be careful - of paying any attention whatever to posters who apparently know less than nothing about either the company or basics of how the stockmarket works. | hiddendepths
20/9/2022 17:12 | forwood, many panic when they see directors selling. There was a lot of chatter on discord this am re selling out, board must know something etc, only for the panic to subside once the relative size of the disposal became apparent. I would hazard a guess that a few that sold will regret that decision. When you examine their current position (after disposal) their stock and options are still valued around £35M/$45M. They are taking on plenty of risk. JH for instance has got £750K in his pocket after tax. He can do a lot with that now, not in 2 years time, but is still in line for a £50M payday if things go to plan. It is sensible financial management. What is the utility of an extra £5M in 2 years (incremental to the £50M) compared to a guaranteed £750K now... | dhb368
