20/9/2022 09:11 | £5m of director share sales ahead of drilling results. What could possibly go wrong?! | truant2tb1
20/9/2022 09:06 | Looks like to me that a broker or similar has been selling a short position over some time, weeks? ... Hence the falling share price and closed the short sold at a higher price average by buying the shares from the directors at an average price below their short average price... To close the short and make a profit. That's IMO. | pro_s2009
20/9/2022 09:03 | does it mater few pence difference? each of them got between £1million - £2.5 millions . i don't count pennies when i get £1million pound :P | deanmatlazin
20/9/2022 09:00 | Question - if the shares were sold last Friday at a 10p premium, who bought them? Presumably an institution of some sort on behalf of one buyer, given that I can’t see why an institution would take the risk of taking the shares “on the book” to make a turn later? A bit odd. How do we know that the shares were sold at a 10p premium? The transaction date is given as 16th Sept, a day when the shares closed at 115p. | references

20/9/2022 08:43 | Cor blimey, guv! Have you worked it out yet? These share sales are big money. Millions have been made. And it uninteresting each person involved decided to cash out. Not one increased their holding. And each got an average sell price of about £1.234. They're all excited by the prospects. But not all that excited. There is risk. Great risk. And the people closest to the tiller have sold. Be careful. | helpfull
20/9/2022 08:41 | Down to 80p prior to result. if it is a duster- it will go down to 10-20p range. Directors make millions of £££ just on pumping the news. | deanmatlazin
