a) To counter the Oct 2019 - Halliburton Deal there is the below independent verification to consider.


Jun 2019- eSeis partnership (payment via production royalty)

Sep 2020 - Award of Alkaid Production Unit by Alaska Department of Natural Resources (DNR)
Sep 2020 - Award of Talitha Production Unit by Alaska Department of Natural Resources (DNR)

April 21 - Release of Baker Hughes VAS report (Talitha)
Aug 22 - Release of Baker Hughes VAS report (Theta West)


b) See above resource reports. Also you could just say they ‘changed some numbers in the excel sheet’ or you could watch the April 2022 webinar where the details regards the background to the resource upgrade was provided.


c) The key word here is ‘currentlyR17;, as I am sure you are aware, a long term flow test is required to move contingent resources to reserves. Note the Pikka development has no reserves status and Santos have taken it through FID.


d) Agree still no farmout, but plenty of third party verification as per above. I left out the boards comments regards previous phased farmout approach worth over $1B as if you have ignored the above 3rd Party pieces I don’t think you will care for these comments.


e) Again see above 3rd party verification and note bar a small sale by Justin Hondris the board remain fully invested and aligned with shareholders.


There will always be red flags to an investment case, that’s why it’s important to consider these against the green flags.

Hmmm. Seems like a few shorts are getting nervous……;

Poorly researched and out of date with most of their information.

Tell tale is calling out the BoD for taking a salary. An amateurish attempt at making a bear case.

For the record, I and many other shareholders have made more from PANR since my initial investment than JC has in salary, all down to his brilliant deal making re GB merger. He has earned every penny.

What i'm struggling to understand here is why the excitement over a project where
a) Haliburton relinquished the leases to free themselves of the obligations. These obligations litter the 2021 annual report as risks. Incidentally the cost per acreage looks higher than most at $10 an acre

b) The company upgraded the estimated without any external validation in April 2022, if I was being uncharitable I could say they simply changed a few cells on their Excel spreadsheet

c) In April 2022 they explicitly state these resources are "contingent" ie. which are not currently considered to be commercially recoverable

d) Still no farm out 3 years on

e) Its remarkable how the share price has roofed it on the back of pretty punchy assertions since the share option plan was announced in 2019 £13.7m at 27p... now worth ~£58m... not forgetting Cheatham's $848k in the last 2 yrs

The red flags are stacking up here and that's before I've looked at the death spiral JakNife has pointed out

Which he does on a regular basis leaving his guild "friends" in the lurch and a nasty smell in the air. Are you sure swendab1 is Pro? They have a lot in common. They like to ban people from posting on threads, they delete there own posts, and have coins available to buy loyalty.

Does anyone know the person who also deletes his own posts on a regular basis? And leaves all his guild "friends" to face the consequences. Perhaps this is a case of a chicken in the fox's den. swendab1 of course. Could he be Pro? Has he cleaned himself up yet?
