It also looks like they are considering paying a dividend in excess of 12p for the year as well. The business has momentum and it's very impressive how fast they have moved on sorting out any properties that were under-performing. I suspect progress will undoubtedly slow a little, but there is enough momentum to get the NAV close to £4 with projects currently in hand. On a reasonably sizeable discount given the progress made.

Makes Quintain Estates previous efforts look incompetent, but I guess they had been distracted by their two enormous development sites.

Yes these guys seem to know what they are doing to make money where others failed. The Quintain assets have been much improved and value extracted from that deal.

The Palace board are so conservative. LTV is around 23%.

They quote gearing on net assets so kind of double count their loans.

Looks like interesting residential development opportunities in the portfolio.

Excellent results from both a balance sheet and income statement perspective. Looks undervalued versus other comparable companies.

They have done very well here, building a business with critical mass very quickly through two astute deals. Seem to have improved the properties that they have acquired as well. Looks reasonably valued, all things considered and given the momentum that the business has.

I took my first bite at 225p today - I like the look of a small, dynamic property company with Neil Sinclair and Andrew Perloff on board. I'm expecting some great things and hope to top up over the next 6 months or so.
