Any thoughts on the drop back in the last couple of days?

It's doing very nicely at the moment. The 20-day and 50-day MAs make a golden cross on May 30th. Do you think it's a genuine GC, or simply the result of the shorter MA catching up after the sudden fall in April?

I looked at this sector prior to the profit warning, still feel PAP is the best long term investment in the gaming sector.

Every thing I can see about this company, with a price of £3.45 makes it a good bet. I think it's another case of the market over reacting, with a small drop in revenue. I still think their good for £3.70 in a short term return.

Do you think yesterday's profit warning was the result of somehing more sinister or hidden than Paddy Power's temporary bad luck at the races? If so, can you elaborate?

A 22% drop this morning seems harsh just because there were a lot of winners at two big races. If nothing's changed with the fundamentals, and the online service is going ok, then are these worth a punt? 147m market cap on EUR674m revenue, revenue up 46%, profit up 100% -- it looks good to me. Any thoughts?

Its not the corruption that is hitting the price but all the increased coverage on the online gaming sites that are providing massive competition to PAP.

SPORTINGBET bring out results on thursday and now that the online legislation debate in the states has been kicked into touch this one is the one to switch over into being the worlds largest onliner.
