08/9/2006 13:35 | Looks like those large trades a couple of days ago has shifted the overhang at last. | the big fella
01/9/2006 15:10 | Slap As with everything down with the summer malaise. Needs newsflow, nothing since the float. I am confident that the rental yields quoted in the prospectus mean these are a solid play and given time will prove a decent investment. So far someone dropped a large chunk at 50p and the price will remain around these levels until it's shifted. | the big fella
23/8/2006 15:08 | well this is truly a great play..... better just throwing your money down the toilet... | slapdash
18/6/2006 22:56 | Hi TBF.....think you are on to something here.Look at the monster turnover on Friday (5.5m shares) looks like a clearout and possible stakebuild all in one! Think I will buy a few Monday first thing. Off topic spotted PHU when following up on SGL, might be worth a look for big yield.Cheers, T. | trustman
16/6/2006 09:39 | I suppose in hindsight these were always going to fall to the 50p level of where that large line was dumped. Anyway I am in this for the long haul but would be nice to see this find a floor. | the big fella
05/4/2006 16:45 | Slap I have heard that a couple of investors needed the cash...got caught with their panys down elsewhwere, so were forced sellers. Opportunity for others to pick up stock cheaper than me!!!!!! | the big fella
05/4/2006 09:53 | Someone dumped 300K at 50p yesterday. Looks like there were some distressed investors in the placing. Not a great start to life, but having read the research docs on their property investments and the yields they are obtaining this should come good over the long term. Also they are in a market place that hasn't seen the astronomical rises experienced elsewhere. Looks like there will be more short term price weakness until the overhang is cleared. 50p a real possibility near term. | the big fella
27/3/2006 16:29 | Unfortunately it won't let me attach a PDF file! Not sure if this is on their website. | the big fella
27/3/2006 16:20 | Pactolus slipped on to the market last Friday. They are a company who are investing in residential property in Buda pest. Could be of interest to those that want exposure to property in Hungary but don't want the hastle of actually buying one! Their strategy is buying properties to renovate and let. Rental yields are currently 7.2% - 10% per annum. They have 15 properties of which 12 have been renovated and are let. Hungary is lagging behind western counterparts, and is a market ripe to follow in Irelands footsteps. I hold a few and will try to dig out the Hitchens research note. | the big fella |
