Tree Church in New Zealand

After Barry Cox traveled the world admiring churches, he decided to build his own–out of trees. Using five different species and a tree spade from his work at Treelocations, the New Zealand resident created a living, breathing house of worship that seats 100 people. Tree Church was Originally designed to be a private retreat, but it’s simply too beautiful not to share, so he opened it up to the public.

The Flower Parade Festival Of Zundert In Holland

Only dahlias must be used to decorate the massive floats that in early September invade the small town of Zundert. 20 flower sculptures from 20 districts compete to build the most spectacular, crazy or ingenious one.

Everything started in 1936, and after the break of the war, the parade was continued in 1945. Since then, the Corso Zundert festival has been growing every year bigger, staging more complex and beautiful creations.

The design of the floats have a strong artistic component. The process to build one of them takes all the year, and involves the volunteer work of Zundert residents. Flowers have to be fresh, so they can’t be added to the float until 2-3 days before the parade, when hundreds of neighbors are required to complete the job

Compounding through the effect of the 4% annual revenue growth and that substantial buy back let alone the accounting effect of the eps and gearing all add up to a meaningful value ride if they can pull that off. Moreover I feel that the demand side is underestimated and also largely undiscovered yet. The risks are on the upside and it will be exciting to watch. Where have I said this before!
