"Some holders" ? That is most likely Rab selling and reloading around 4.10 over the last few days.
I dont think them selling a few million from the cln conversion shows that they are not confident otherwise they would not have held millions for over 4 years through the arbitration.

of worth as they were prepared to invest $185m for 72%

A decision dismissing the claims would imho surely have been published by now if not some time ago. On the other hand the xs of OXS sells over buys yesterday signiffies that some holders currently are not optimistic that a positive result will be worth very much.

If the Stig is right above there isn't much difference between 20x and 25x for am initial stake. So if you invested 2k say on the basis that's all you could afford to lose in the worst case then you are only talking about a marginal 10k profit on a 40k windfall. Many people in that situation would be happy with the lower number a 40k upside for 2k downside on a 50:50 bet.

Imho Institution selling, cap will be 4p. May have to take the share price nearer 3p to entice a few more gamblers, 4p area certainly has very few takers.
