Dave - don't forget to add in the new Darwin CLNs and warrants.

There are also some 3,000,000 further warrants convertible at 3.25p (see note 20 of the most recent annual accounts) and 8,100,000 share options but that's all rounding errors really. Using a figure of 750,000,000 shares seems pretty conservative, especially if, as RS has said, the news will be known in the very near future.

I agree. However if the arbitration was lost I would have expected the arbitrators' decision to have been handed down months ago. Presumably they could have given a negative ruling with a comment that detailed reasons would follow later. Even if reasons have to be given with the decision one would have expected a no decision already to have been published.

IMHO the arbitrators are working on their rationale for some kind of positive ruling and are finding difficulty mirrored here with references to quantum.

DYOR but I am adding and holding upon the basis that the odds are far better than evens for a positive outcome.

Calm down everybody. Last year we were given a very clear message "by the end of 2014 ". That did not come true. Now we are told it is "in the very near future" which is even less precise.It'll happen when it happens.

A difficulty with being an OXS holder at this time is that the prospective gains seem almost too obvious yet there are many still selling.
Hence the obvious question - where's the catch?

Obviously a successful outcome of the arbitration is not guaranteed but the prospects of success if better than 50/50 would logically warrant more buyers than sellers at this time.

99J, i imagine there are several sidelined traders thinking sub 4p
but given news could break at any time, especially as we have been
given the signal of "in the very near future", only a fool would
make chart predictions for re-entry.

May those sidelined be indefinitely sidelined.
