27/11/2017 22:07 | You got a link for that article fiachra? | fenners66
27/11/2017 16:39 | Great find. As you say a frank assessment by Krill. It's a shame the company does not communicate it's strategy to shareholders more effectively. (not all can attend the AGM. | oli12
27/11/2017 14:35 | Kiril impressed me somewhat because he was a businessman who was able to argue the Russian position on Crimea and The Ukeraine | fiachra
27/11/2017 14:10 | Article in yesterday's Sunday Independent confirms my account. | fiachra
23/11/2017 15:01 | Thanks for the detailed update Fiachra. Krill purchased most his shares for around 5p. He did top up recently for 8.5p. It seems the future of the co will depend on the Taymura outcome - I beleive the administrators were meeting today according to the Russian companies bankruptcy website. | oli12
23/11/2017 12:41 | There were only two directors present Kiril and Tim McCutcheon a non executive director and former CEO. Tim came from Moscow to London on a number of occasions, seven or eight years ago,in an effort to boost the share price at Proactive talks. He sold his shares at a loss when he resigned as CEO. Kiril said he owns 18 per cent of the company which I calculate is about 15/16 million shares. These must have cost him a pretty penny. He said he is 40 years of age so I think he may want to make a success of the situation he finds himself in. Of course if gold gets to 1400 they may just sell of the Stakhahovsky Project,as they have others in the past, and put the money in the bank. | fiachra
23/11/2017 06:37 | Ovoca Oil... least we know what he's thinking (or what he said). So by that logic if we did not get the Taymura oil assets (or they are sold and we get cash) then we have no plan only cash. Ummm | oli12
22/11/2017 23:26 | How many years is it now since they raised all the cash and shares? 6? And they are open to ideas that others come up with? So what have they been getting paid for? Its ok we know the answer. | fenners66
22/11/2017 23:18 | Krill struck me as being more forthright than I had expected. He was very frank in our discussion about the effect of American sanctions on the Russian economy. He said the gold price should be 1400 dollars for the Stanovsky project(Hero OF The Soviet Union) to be viable. He wants to hold our twenty million dollars plus of assets in reserve to develop the oil projects of the company we are litigating if he should get possession of them. The bulk of our assets are in one million four hundred thousand Polymetal shares which are over nine pounds a share at the moment. He said that this money could be realised in a week in view of Polymetal'size. He said the rest of our assets are in various foreign banks. He is open to any other good projects that may come his way--other than the aforementioned oil and gas. | fiachra
22/11/2017 17:55 | No discussion about the company then? | fenners66
22/11/2017 17:28 | Thanks for the update Fiachara. Any explanation for the delayed AGM? Any shop talk e.g. plans to actually do anything in the next 12 months? Guess Krill knew all the resolutions had passed given the BoD holdings... note they are NOT a concert party. | oli12
22/11/2017 16:48 | At agm. One director and one non executive director present. Two faces from past and one possible 88 year old. Big discussion on morality of annexation of Crimea and war in Eastern Ukraine. | fiachra
18/11/2017 10:07 | 2 x 500k buys @ 9p Friday. This week has seen the share price firm up AGM next week, hopefully some news (probably not) Taymura proceedings still ongoing creditors meeting on the 23rd November - I am not sure if the Auction of the remaining assets has taken place yet. hxxp://bankrot.fedre | oli12
16/11/2017 16:06 | Time will tell who's brew is half empty and who's is half full. Hopefully I'm not left looking like a mug myself risking funds here. (only a modest position) | oli12
16/11/2017 08:42 | Nearest I got to a "top up " of anything yesterday was a little more boiling water in a mug of tea! | fenners66
16/11/2017 06:33 | Fenners was that you having having little top up yesterday 500K at full ask prior to th much delayed AGM? :) | oli12
30/10/2017 16:40 | So we have an AGM date - shame they keep us hanging on the resolutions. Taymura case seems to be progressing hxxp://bankrot.fedre This relates to the bankruptcy proceedings by the administrators... the last meeting on the 11 October seemed to say that the sale of ALL remaining Taymura assets can proceed however anyone wanting to appeal this had 1 month to do so. It appears that Saltanora Holdings Ltd is trying to block the sale of some of the assets this is a Cypriot registered company. hxxp://bankrot.fedre Hopefully a favourable outcome for Ovoca is not to far away. | oli12
25/10/2017 06:41 | As previously eluded the AGM will be in November - announcement to follow along with the "reason" for the delay... given Ovoca's history and the sentiment here one can only imagine this will be bad news! Let's see... | oli12
13/10/2017 10:08 | I had a trip to Malaysia some years ago the attraction of cheaper living did not make up for the heat and humidity though. You must be used to the heat by now though. | fenners66
13/10/2017 09:27 | Yes can you believe I have been here nearly 10 years now? Will be leaving in about 18 months though to go to Asia downsizing the living expenses bill lols ;) | mbthedude
03/10/2017 22:42 | Good day dude Stock market continues to help - though not everyone as we can see above - are you still in warmer climbs? | fenners66
03/10/2017 17:49 | Good to see you with the bit between your teeth fenners, hope life is treating you well. I look back on the pre Goltsovoye days with a smile so much promise then and it all turned to Shoite. Let Oli12 find out for themselves how it works eventually it will sink in. Given up on most of the stock market these days just hold some large PM companies that pay me a dividend and actually pull stuff out of the ground. Sector may come good eventually. Crypto space is far more fun now Bitcoin has been very kind Dudey | mbthedude
23/9/2017 10:50 | Now the 3 Dirctors hold more than 50% and are acting in concert then I cannot understand why they have not been obliged to make an offer to the remaining share holders of the company. To my knowledge the company has never issued any waiver nor explanation as to why the cumulative holdings of the board members should be not oblige them to make an offer to the remaining shareholders of the company. Ovoca is subject to the Irish Takeover Panel Act 1997, Takeover Rules, 2013 ("Takeover Rules") hxxp://irishtakeover | oli12
22/9/2017 20:35 | "it no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company's issued ordinary share capital. ENDS Enquiries: Ovoca Gold Plc Kirill Golovanov, CEO " because he knew exactly what was going on...... | fenners66 |
