Well good luck , you may find someone else to sell them to, but don't ever expect a dividend. As for any projects , why should the directors risk their money?

I have. I have taken a chance here despite the numerous risks.
Given the directors own the majority of the company they won't spend the cash on a new project unless it's worth it. Granted their remuneration, lack of communication and urgency to do anything is concerning however I feel the next 6 months will bring a lot of news for OVG holders.

The directors have this completely sewn up.
They will never have to pay a dividend let alone return large elements of capital to shareholders - these are worth effectively zero to anyone but the directors

some trading "activity" here today. Will management deliver something other than self indulgence. IMO funds should have been returned to shareholders a long time ago.

Despite the seeming inability of management to actually do anything (shareholders are told nothing) OVG has cash and its large holding of polymetal shares.

some would say AVOID at all costs others might see an opportunity....

Rather confusing and they go a long way to tell shareholders ...... that they have done nothing.

Some of the notes seem to say that they have continued to lend money during the year and then impaired these loans - how odd?

They declare the % shareholdings of nominee shareholders - but only quote the number of shares of the directors and their families.

So they are supposed to be around 44% for the 3 of them

But nominees have 50% so who do they own those for?

What is clear is the directors absolutely control this company and what happens to the investments - which are held in Bermuda.....

You've a very selective memory or do you just as all presstitutes grab soundbites or in this case sentences to suit an agenda?

There is a gaping chasm between happy clappy posting about how great a stock is to suck in the unsuspecting, vs telling the hard learned (over many years) truth about how the company is run and buyer beware.

I finally made a small return out of this stock and was polite enough to show gratitude.

Never.
Just have a look at post 6624,last sentence and 6625.
He buys in just the same as anybody else if he thinks there's money to be made.

I no longer hold here but enjoyed a small profit here previously.
Have not researched it recently as have no position.
