Oili yes,I made a bit of money here before. Of course,no guarantees how it will go in the future,as with any share, but good luck. H

To finish I will say there is no way I am going to get into any kind of argument or fresh dialogue with you. The ignorance I found on sector issues on this thread previously, prevent me from wasting my time any further.

How dare you! I have never misled people. In my many forays on the billboards,I have never met such entrenched bitterness. I have always tried to be one of the most honest posters about how I see shares in general and your suggestion I actually find disturbing.

Hazel. Some of us have earned the right to be bitter. You have no right to mislead people.

Thanks. I can understand the caution here especially as many have lost money however the risk here is more than priced in. OVG trades at a significant discount to cash - let alone it's other assets. DYOR but worth a punt.

OIL12 good luck to you. There have been some very bitter stale-bulls on this thread... frightened everybody off back in the day. Do not hold but wish you well.

The price is creeping up on minimal volume - bid at 10p now. Looking forward to the Taymura bankruptcy update.

9.2 paid “off book” not sure the significance of this. Give there is normally zilch volume here the trading activity this week, most of which has been off book is of interest. I doubt it’s Fenners buying...however someone clearly fancies a punt, which this is.

There is "potential" here to create value, considering the cash. What has gone on previously is questionable however that is in the past...granted it does not mean history won't repeat itself however as it stands Ovoca Gold with a market capitalisation of 7m and cash covering x3 of that then this is a speculative punt that could show a decent return for those who dare. Fenners warnings should be heeded, don't put the house on this, bad apples don't turn good overnight however it's not a gloomy as you think here!

Great find. As you say a frank assessment by Krill. It's a shame the company does not communicate it's strategy to shareholders more effectively. (not all can attend the AGM.

Kiril impressed me somewhat because he was a businessman who was able to argue the Russian position on Crimea and The Ukeraine

Thanks for the detailed update Fiachra. Krill purchased most his shares for around 5p. He did top up recently for 8.5p. It seems the future of the co will depend on the Taymura outcome - I beleive the administrators were meeting today according to the Russian companies bankruptcy website.

There were only two directors present Kiril and Tim McCutcheon a non executive director and former CEO. Tim came from Moscow to London on a number of occasions, seven or eight years ago,in an effort to boost the share price at Proactive talks. He sold his shares at a loss when he resigned as CEO. Kiril said he owns 18 per cent of the company which I calculate is about 15/16 million shares. These must have cost him a pretty penny. He said he is 40 years of age so I think he may want to make a success of the situation he finds himself in. Of course if gold gets to 1400 they may just sell of the Stakhahovsky Project,as they have others in the past, and put the money in the bank.

Ovoca Oil... least we know what he's thinking (or what he said). So by that logic if we did not get the Taymura oil assets (or they are sold and we get cash) then we have no plan only cash. Ummm

How many years is it now since they raised all the cash and shares? 6? And they are open to ideas that others come up with? So what have they been getting paid for? Its ok we know the answer.

Krill struck me as being more forthright than I had expected. He was very frank in our discussion about the effect of American sanctions on the Russian economy. He said the gold price should be 1400 dollars for the Stanovsky project(Hero OF The Soviet Union) to be viable. He wants to hold our twenty million dollars plus of assets in reserve to develop the oil projects of the company we are litigating if he should get possession of them. The bulk of our assets are in one million four hundred thousand Polymetal shares which are over nine pounds a share at the moment. He said that this money could be realised in a week in view of Polymetal'size. He said the rest of our assets are in various foreign banks. He is open to any other good projects that may come his way--other than the aforementioned oil and gas.

Thanks for the update Fiachara. Any explanation for the delayed AGM? Any shop talk e.g. plans to actually do anything in the next 12 months? Guess Krill knew all the resolutions had passed given the BoD holdings... note they are NOT a concert party.
