15/1/2004 15:32 | dell314, I am a female "chap" ! | mclellan
15/1/2004 09:46 | Firstly, well done to the chap who contacted Knifton. Topnotch - I think you need to do a bit more thinking. Do you consider it likely that a company will just reverse in, with no payment to the existing owners? There will need to be a large equity issue to pay for it and they can issue stock at practically any price they like. It will be interesting to see what percentage of the company they are willing to let current OND holders have. Rgds dell IMHO DYOR etc. (No position just interested in the activities of Messrs. K & W) | dell314
15/1/2004 09:35 | I think it was based on the mkt cap of any company wishing to get an AIM listing without actually floating not being less than £3M. With the current share issue of 2.7M, this would put the share price at around £1 which is what I have been lead to believe would be the true for OND. Of course this begs the question, whats gonna happen to VOS, as this is the next obvious reverse takeover target. | topnotch
13/1/2004 21:33 | capricorn, I asked my broker about it today and he confirmed that it was an amended trade from October20, possibly a buy that wasn't able to be filled. He thought the suspension was long and that if there is good news the shares usually come back to the market quickly, but he is a pessimist! The company are looking at two options, apparently. Let's hope that whichever it is is good for shareholders. I bought these at 12p then they went back to about 6p before their great rise before suspension. Geoff Foster (Daily Mail) thought it would be a good deal but I dont know what he bases this on. | mclellan
13/1/2004 19:43 | mclellan - I phoned Comdirect about that one yesterday. They told me it was a "D" trade, which means a delayed trade from the day of suspension....god knows why it has taken this long to come through, but that's what they said anyway. Theory says we should do well out of this reverse takeover, I'm looking forward to seeing what actually happens, but won't be surprised if the Due Diligence process/negotiations go on into February. | capricorn_1
13/1/2004 08:36 | topnotch, You may well be correct-- I think Knifton was just being non-informative | mclellan
13/1/2004 07:49 | Hmmm, I was under the impression that they were going to come out of suspension in EARLY january or at least an announcement was going to me made to that effect. | topnotch
12/1/2004 12:48 | Also, Has anyone noticed that there is a trade registered this morning for OND ? -- 15000 shares @ 51p at 9.09am. Seems odd. Must be a buy since the last bid before suspension was 49p. Anyone know anything about this, please? | mclellan
12/1/2004 12:41 | Well, for what it's worth, I have just rung Knifton. No news yet- he says its not a 10 minute job to organize this kind of thing, that they have a choice of 2 potentials and are narrowing it down then documents will be sent to shareholders. I pointed out that it was nearer 4 months than 10 minutes. The impression I got was - don't hold your breath! Didn't get much out of him, really. At least he is available at the number 020 7251 3762 | mclellan
12/1/2004 09:33 | Sticks and stones etc. You are just confirming you are a schoolkid. If you want to be a grown up, phone Knifton and find out what is going on. Monument have already issued a further loan convertible at 10p since suspension, which rather suggests you lot aren't going to be getting your 50p a share that this was suspended at.... Rgds dell | dell314
10/1/2004 10:16 | Instead of whining like schoolkids, why not contact Leo Knifton? Enquiries: Leo Knifton 020 7251 3762 Rgds dell | dell314

08/12/2003 20:57 | I see both Leo Knifton and Nigel Weller are now involved with Prime Entertainment(PME), annoucement released today. PME have been suspended for 4 months, looks as if suspension could be removed soon. | unlucky investor
