Vodafone are protecting their SLAs with their end customers. If they have sold a service and it fails there is brand damage and financial penalties.

I would expect any sale to be vastly above the current share price Why would Vodafone be protecting the company if they didn't value their assets.

But buystock is paid by somebody to make up false stories and spam them all over there and all over twitter otherwise why would he do it ?

I've posted this before as you seem to have short memories. Vodafone have lent them some money and the Hosted UC platform is collateral. No other company can buy them now, Vodafone have them by the short and curlies.There are 2 scenarios1.outsourcey by some amazing luck actually start selling more solutions, Vodafone get their loan repaid.2. Outsourcey continue to be a complete failure, Vodafone with Microsofts blessing take the UC platform and put it in their own hosting centre, Microsoft transfer the licences to Vodafone.
