You certainly are grim. Bounce up to over 5p. Moves very fast when buyer's return as it has done many times in the past.

The above is almost certain to be incorrect, false and out of date.

Anyway - I'm sure most folk will steer clear here - knowing buystock is trapped in these.

"Ultimately, despite the fact that Outsourcery says that it expects a solution to be found, it feels like its days are numbered in its current form, with a sale - to Vodafone or UKFast? - one possible solution."

UKFast was not immediately available to comment on the suggestion.

In a statement sent to CRN, Vodafone said: "We note the actions of the Outsourcery board and will be looking at all the options available, our priority being the continuity of service to our clients."

Be careful here. The link above is from 2015 and has been posted by a person
using multiple names. The names driller50 and gpback are the same source and
part of directorstalk spam which is highly likely to be false or outdated or
very misleading information.

£4m refinancing deal with Vodafone, which will leave the FTSE 100 giant with a warrant over 3 million shares in the company.

Vodafone Group has offered cloud computing company Outsoucery a cash injection of £4m.

The refinancing deal will enable Outsourcery to support its requirements and pay investors, explaining it will allow ‘further alignment with major strategic partner Vodafone’.

The company has granted Vodafone a warrant for 3m Outsourcery shares, at 30p each, accessible within 42 and 54 months after the deal.
