Notice of Resignation of Nomad and Broker

The Ottoman Fund Limited (AIM:OTM) announces that Nplus1 Singer Advisory LLP ("N+1 Singer") has served notice to terminate its engagement as the Company's nominated adviser ("Nomad") and broker effective 5 April 2018 (the "Effective Date"). The Effective Date is also the proposed date of cancellation of admission of the Company's Participating Shares to trading on AIM, as set forth in the circular published on 28 February 2018. N+1 Singer's notice of termination is, however, effective regardless of whether the Company's shareholders approve the cancellation of admission of the Company's Participating Shares to trading on AIM.

The Company does not expect to appoint a replacement Nomad following the Effective Date and therefore would expect that if the shareholders do not approve the cancellation of admission, as recommended by the Company's Board, trading in the Company's securities on AIM will be cancelled one month after the Effective Date pursuant to AIM Rule 1.

The Company's securities remain suspended on AIM pursuant to the notice dated 20 November 2017.
