Oryx International Growth Fund Limited ("the Company")
Change of Alternative Investment Fund Manager
The Company announces with immediate effect it has appointed Harwood Capital Management (Gibraltar) Limited as its new Alternative Investment Fund Manager ("AIFM").
Harwood Capital Management (Gibraltar) Limited, licence number FSC0187AIF was authorised by the Financial Services Commission Gibraltar ("FSC") on 30 September 2019, as a Small Scheme Fund Manager under the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (the "AIFMD") and the Company has been included in Harwood Capital Management (Gibraltar) Limited's Schedule of Alternative Investment Funds ("AIFs").
As a Small Scheme Fund Manager, Harwood Capital Management (Gibraltar) Limited is not subject to the full scope of the AIFMD but must report to the FSC annually on the Company and the other AIFs that it manages.
