There was a short preview of 'Beyond the Sea' on TV at about 3.00ish during the night (programme called 'something' entertainment? - not sure, I wasn't totally with it! I ony saw it by pure chance becaise I couldn't sleep and turned on the box. There was a positive review of the film and the clips seemed pretty classy stuff.

I had contacted my broker yesterday and they had suggest this is a share to hold long term for the potentially massive imcome possible in the not too distant future.

Has anyone else received a postal notice of an EGM on the 7th October today ?

Not the easiest to understand ? Name change for ORT and issue of or clearance to issue a huge number of extra shares , also mentioning option for buying another 32% in Triggerstreet ?

I cannot imagine this has not been known for a long time , and the share price has not changed . Views would be most wellcome , as I for one am having problems unravelling it ! Hope it is the talked about RTO , but not that clear to me at the moment ?

Davew28: Good find - looking rosy (!) Excellent write-up - and it could be a nice little earner for ORT.

I cannot conceive where this will get to It is difficult to calculate returns from films at this stage. Also, film production may not be the only string to the ORT bow.

Interesting X trade ?

10.65 million @6p , the last X trade was 1.75 million @ 4.75p (last week) when the price was 0.25p higher ! I wonder if things are beginning to move here in a bigger way ?

I imagine an RNS must be close due to this transaction .

Does anyone have the market cap. figures for ORT , and how many shares are in issue ?

Only a guess but...maybe a trade to do with the sale of ORT shares to private investors already into Triggerstreet. I hear they were pitched at about that level.
