11/8/2004 14:07 | RNS Number:8638B Orientrose 2 PLC 11 August 2004 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 11 AUGUST 2004 ORIENTROSE 2 PLC ("Orientrose 2" or the "Company") Agreement to provide post production film advance The Board of Orientrose 2 announces that it has agreed to advance the sum of US $500,000 (the "Advance") to Trigger Street Productions Inc. which is the co-producer of a forthcoming film called "Beyond the Sea" (the "Film"). The Advance will be used by Trigger Street Productions Inc. to complete the post production of the Film and will be repaid together with a premium of #50,000 out of the North American Distributors gross receipts from the Film. Orientrose will also be entitled to receive 12% of Trigger Street Production Inc's own share of the net profits from the Film. The Advance will not be secured. Beyond the Sea, which starts Kevin Spacey, K Bosworth, John Goodman, Bob Hoskins and others is intended to be premiered in the Autumn of this year in North America and the UK. The Board of Orientrose 2 is currently reviewing a number of other opportunities for the development of the Company's interests in the US film production market.
