FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 11 AUGUST 2004

ORIENTROSE 2 PLC
("Orientrose 2" or the "Company")

Agreement to provide post production film advance

The Board of Orientrose 2 announces that it has agreed to advance the sum of US
$500,000 (the "Advance") to Trigger Street Productions Inc. which is the
co-producer of a forthcoming film called "Beyond the Sea" (the "Film"). The

of the North American Distributors gross receipts from the Film. Orientrose will
also be entitled to receive 12% of Trigger Street Production Inc's own share of
the net profits from the Film. The Advance will not be secured.

Beyond the Sea, which starts Kevin Spacey, K Bosworth, John Goodman, Bob Hoskins
and others is intended to be premiered in the Autumn of this year in North
America and the UK.

Dil

Why do you say they are a bucket shop? Parker Rowe tell me they make recommendations and act as my eyes and ears and they only make their money if and when the shares are sold at a profit.

I would look at the dismal performance of Stephen Dean's other AIM companies before investing in this one.....try Artisan, Envesta, Cater Barnard and may more.

I think it is the private 'company' (with John Houston involved) that runs Triggerstreet, which provides a forum for new/unknown scriptwriters to show there wares.

There is a website - www.triggerstreet.com

Maxwellman ,

I heard a similar rumour about news today , also more in the next two weeks .

Maybe it was that 3 people were going to buy some shares today and spend about £1.8k between them !!!

Mad4it , I think it was a name like Splielberg or something ? Personally never heard of him !

I have had a recommendation (from a respected source) to pick up some ORT ,the reverse take over was mentioned i.e a private company reversing into a public company for a cost effective way to get a listing , I haven't picked any up yet ,but watching closely.... gv
