Should be some more coming through 'imminently'. Market has ignored/inured to the 'visible gold' hints.

thanks Stig. As often companies with a bad track record get taken over by better people. The guys from Casa are definitely worth following in my view. Is paternoster saveable by someone taking over as well?

Track record irrelevant. Agree it's been trash. Unfocused. Lifestyle vehicle.

New Management. New focus. Cycle for those commodities in ascendant. It's a stealth RTO of CASA in effect (and maybe Zamsort down the line)

Value of this has not been discounted. Grades make mines and those latest ones were step change in quality/width.

stig. Interested in what you think here. You seem to either love a company or hate it! I have been quiet on PHE as I met Keith Allaun and thought him a nice guy; however I agree with you that it is doomed to failure. Seen you before dismissing companies. Ortac doesn't have a great track record and neither do PRS who are invested in them. Casa on the other hand is brilliantly run and the guys behind it really know how to create value. Thats why I personally feel this is a conviction buy...interested to hear your reasons for supporting it.

For anyone looking at a high risk high potential outcome this has to be one the best out there. Market cap of casa alone should be minimum £5 million and could end up being worth over £1 billion

One of Ortac's's principal investments, Casa Mining Limited, has recently received some encouraging results from the first two diamond core drill hole assays taken from the expansion and infill drill programme currently underway at the 1.5 Moz Akyanga gold deposit ("Akyanga") in the Democratic Republic of the Congo ("DRC"). Ortac has also recently raised £1.7 million to fund further investments in its core African assets and has also announced 6 November 2017 that it will be seeking to increase its holding in Casa Mining Limited to 100% as part of its strategy to focus on its core assets.

For what it's worth I know the guy who set up Casa. He made me a fortune in an outfit called Copperbelt in drc. $4000 turned to $200000. I'm sure he will still be involved. I invested in Casa itself about 2 years ago so will now be a holder in ortac. I will be holding.

Really rather surprised that the RNS did NOT mention this extremely important fact and that is the 100M OTC shares for Casa Mining investors have a 6 month "lock in".

Binding agreement to acquire an additional 33.82% of the issued share capital of Casa Mining Ltd for 38.3m shares and will be making an offer for the balance of the issued share capital of Casa. Ortac has also agreed, subject to closing of the Acquisition and simultaneous with closing of the Acquisition, to convert the $2m convertible loan note previously issued to the Company by Casa at an amended reduced share conversion price of $0.5586. The Board believes the acquisition of Casa presents a valuable near term opportunity for Ortac and its shareholders with recent drilling results indicating a potential gold resource in excess of 2 million ounces.
