16/11/2017 22:45 | Last drill results about 2 weeks ago. Should be some more coming through 'imminently'. Market has ignored/inured to the 'visible gold' hints. | the stigologist
16/11/2017 22:38 | Placing churn being worked then its free to move, easy money to be made here short or long term imo | maverick247
15/11/2017 12:43 | They confirmed in recent Proactive Video they will change name 'soon' | the stigologist
15/11/2017 12:26 | Also I'm pretty sure that we will get a renaming. Maybe they should rename it casa!! | 1savvyinvestor
15/11/2017 12:14 | thanks Stig. As often companies with a bad track record get taken over by better people. The guys from Casa are definitely worth following in my view. Is paternoster saveable by someone taking over as well? | 1savvyinvestor
15/11/2017 12:11 | Track record irrelevant. Agree it's been trash. Unfocused. Lifestyle vehicle. New Management. New focus. Cycle for those commodities in ascendant. It's a stealth RTO of CASA in effect (and maybe Zamsort down the line) Value of this has not been discounted. Grades make mines and those latest ones were step change in quality/width. | the stigologist
15/11/2017 12:01 | stig. Interested in what you think here. You seem to either love a company or hate it! I have been quiet on PHE as I met Keith Allaun and thought him a nice guy; however I agree with you that it is doomed to failure. Seen you before dismissing companies. Ortac doesn't have a great track record and neither do PRS who are invested in them. Casa on the other hand is brilliantly run and the guys behind it really know how to create value. Thats why I personally feel this is a conviction buy...interested to hear your reasons for supporting it. | 1savvyinvestor
14/11/2017 08:19 | For anyone looking at a high risk high potential outcome this has to be one the best out there. Market cap of casa alone should be minimum £5 million and could end up being worth over £1 billion | 1savvyinvestor
13/11/2017 07:20 | Extract from todays RNS from large shareholder in OTC namely PRS Ortac Resources Limited ("Ortac") One of Ortac's's principal investments, Casa Mining Limited, has recently received some encouraging results from the first two diamond core drill hole assays taken from the expansion and infill drill programme currently underway at the 1.5 Moz Akyanga gold deposit ("Akyanga") in the Democratic Republic of the Congo ("DRC"). Ortac has also recently raised £1.7 million to fund further investments in its core African assets and has also announced 6 November 2017 that it will be seeking to increase its holding in Casa Mining Limited to 100% as part of its strategy to focus on its core assets. | cpap man
11/11/2017 09:48 | For what it's worth I know the guy who set up Casa. He made me a fortune in an outfit called Copperbelt in drc. $4000 turned to $200000. I'm sure he will still be involved. I invested in Casa itself about 2 years ago so will now be a holder in ortac. I will be holding. | 1savvyinvestor
10/11/2017 16:04 | Agree stig and two drills turning now too | maverick247
10/11/2017 14:40 | This is going to happen soon. Next week should see more drill news I reckon which is why they put out this precursor on a Friday. | the stigologist
10/11/2017 14:20 | Actually have just read the documentation again ref: POST 797 and the "lock in" is actually 12 months! 1st 6 months hard and the 2nd 6 months soft [orderly market via the companies brokers] | cpap man
10/11/2017 14:10 | You got it in one maverick247 | cpap man
10/11/2017 13:52 | So CASA have spent over $30m on Akyanga over the last 6 years and OTC mcap £4m :-) | maverick247
10/11/2017 08:33 | Really rather surprised that the RNS did NOT mention this extremely important fact and that is the 100M OTC shares for Casa Mining investors have a 6 month "lock in". | cpap man
10/11/2017 07:58 | RNS out from OTC ref: Casa Mining | cpap man
09/11/2017 09:30 | Ortac Resources (OTC.L) 2.88p £6.72m Binding agreement to acquire an additional 33.82% of the issued share capital of Casa Mining Ltd for 38.3m shares and will be making an offer for the balance of the issued share capital of Casa. Ortac has also agreed, subject to closing of the Acquisition and simultaneous with closing of the Acquisition, to convert the $2m convertible loan note previously issued to the Company by Casa at an amended reduced share conversion price of $0.5586. The Board believes the acquisition of Casa presents a valuable near term opportunity for Ortac and its shareholders with recent drilling results indicating a potential gold resource in excess of 2 million ounces. 09/11/2017 09:20 | You are wrong on all counts G A but then as a TROLL what else should we all expect?!?!? | cpap man
08/11/2017 21:45 | Taking part in the placing is like being urinated on by a Hollywood actor. Why would you do it- makes no sense. | good android
08/11/2017 21:43 | stig, cpap and lh are all the same poster - deluded nob talking to himself. Desperate to ramp this busted flush in order to get his investment back. | good android
08/11/2017 16:53 | I like the refocus here on core assets and a shrewd move to acquire CASAI took part in placing and added on market sinceNext up further drill analysis and currently drilling two further holesNice setup | maverick247 |
