11/7/2017 22:16 | Sturec - they were having a meeting with JV partner and lawyers Friday ahead of making a legally binding agreement. Still a flagship project considering the resource. Trial mining to commence this month. They are waiting for 18 days to pass from mining permit issuance before it is effective to get started. Will need the JV deal to be legally binding first. Once trial mining starts the JV partnership will then asses the best way forward and terms. Things have been progressing but bieng kept low key as the local NGO has been using OTC transparency to cause problems with local people. VC notes that the NGO has been quiet of late......also VC said it's abysmal behaviour by NGO as their members are well off and been trying to block the project which would create many jobs for local people who only earn on average 250 euros a month if they have a job. OTC licence area originally included the town so a lot of fear monger were saying OTC are going to crush the town for the project. OTC would never have done this and so have removed the town from the licence area and handed back to state. Many locals didn't know that the mine plan was 1km away from the town. The introduction of a local Slovakian mining company and revision of licence area are all to help locals understand the project is not at their expense and improve relations. CASA, i asked about valuation and trouble with local tribes. In terms of value he said look at Amani mining listed in tsx. $50m cap with jorc 1.5m oz at 1.55g/t. They do have another higher grade project they are developing however. VC did say you need a gold project north of 2g/t to be a good project here. Amani also have 55%. In terms of local people he said CASA have been there a while and the government is very strong and backing of the mining community. They have local people on the books and have been free of any trouble and local 'militia' not seen as a problem currently. Drill program to start in a week or two and will last approx 3 months for this phase. CASA have interest from majors and have recently received buy out offers. Zamsort has a huge potential. They are in between two well developed domes so essentially own the last underexplored licence area. Majors are and continue to be very interested in Zamsort. They are on the other side of the dome from Kirwani. The copper company that Colin bird sold for $260m two years after acquiring for $2m. Zamsort don't want to dilute and want debt finance to complete and commission the plant. They are trying to use the stockpile as collateral. The stockpile has not been processed as Zamsort only receive credits for copper which is worth around $5-6m. They don't want to send it off for processing because there is around $6m worth of cobalt in the stockpile too! Which would go straight into the pockets of the people processing the stockpile. Zamsort have come very close to completing Debt finance twice. Nick has joined Zamsort board from OTC to help them realise this target. Or even work a situation whereby OTC may help them with this but not as a loan. 'OTC are not bank' VC said. Current guidance is Zamsort are expecting to sort the finance by end of August. This is going to be a fantastic asset and one I love! Andiamo - drill results due this month. They feel they have a Bisha mine type deposit that they need to drill up. Bisha is extremely profitable and owned by local government after buying out the previous owner. The deal is to prove up and sell for $100's millions Which by the way is Zamsort target. They want to provide proof of concept with the plant and output and sell for $100's millions. Hence they don't want dilution CASA must be worth £15m to OTC. Good drill results and much higher. Sturec must have a £5m value with permit issued. As decisions are made on developing the asset then much higher. $1bn project. Zamsort depends on your view. If this finance is sorted and production in a few months this would be worth £5-10m to OTC. Andiamo let's wait and see. £25m cap on these projects as it stands for me. Today's price doesn't even reflect CASA | ryan83
11/7/2017 14:32 | Until you newbies understand the shorting situation. Which I have explained on my other BB. Real Production is key and what you should be looking out for.... in a few months after September... I'm sure lubos will take off his shorts from that time. Its embarrassing to view and read the above posts... and the naivete of them. If you think after all this time genuine holders have been indeed holding out for production. Not figures on a accounting spreadsheet | fatboy1nc
11/7/2017 11:54 | 5p proving tough to crack. Maybe the next wave? | guyswonga74
11/7/2017 09:00 | 888... that was a typo right??!!!;)... You did mean 50p... assault is underway | fatboy1nc
11/7/2017 08:05 | An assault on 5p is underway. | 888icb
10/7/2017 17:46 | It closed UP 11% so not a bad day. | 888icb
10/7/2017 15:52 | Ok... hold the Champagne lol. O well it looked good for about a hour | fatboy1nc
10/7/2017 14:38 | Guys... not sure I would call it a flood. But get your point. | fatboy1nc
10/7/2017 14:31 | Fu*k me... Break out the champagne let's see if you can hold 5p | fatboy1nc
10/7/2017 14:22 | Buys flooding in at 5p. Breakout soon? | guyswonga74
09/7/2017 21:14 | Plenty of news due this month with JV in Slovakia & assay results from the Andiamo project in Eritrean this coming week | g1g4lo
07/7/2017 16:28 | Someone paying over offer there. A final tick up on the day would be nice. | x54v
07/7/2017 16:17 | A bit higher and the breakout buyers will start to buy for the momentum. | x54v
07/7/2017 15:11 | 888. Relax we can all see. No point posting how much it's going up by. It will never hold unless lubos bring off his shorts. That's when it will go north | fatboy1nc
07/7/2017 15:08 | Love the enthusiasm.. but all of you are peaking too soon. I'm a genuine hold and love to see this at 100p... but unless lubos brings off this shorts this will always fall back. I'm getting to gray to get excited lol.Good luck all. | fatboy1nc
07/7/2017 14:05 | Todays RNS about drilling due to start on a Casa gold project in the next month should attract some interest. The volume is now 2.4 million and UP 6%. | 888icb
07/7/2017 13:26 | Close above 5p soon, will be a strong move. Bringing the new Chap on Board signals something in the wings, be it a large deal or things are really moving in a corporate way for OTC. | kiwimonk
07/7/2017 13:20 | David Lenigas reckoning that cobalt is definitely an area worthy of focus. | x54v
07/7/2017 13:08 | Very wide low base here with the buying pressure building gradually. If 4.5p is broken, then there's the potential for the floodgates to open and any move upwards could be fairly swift. | x54v
07/7/2017 12:08 | Let's hope CASA deliver too | knowing
07/7/2017 10:56 | Just ticked up on fairly low volume so far of just under 1 million. | 888icb
07/7/2017 08:33 | Cobalt making headline news again. This could become more and more common with Volvo making the first move and all the other car manufacturers to follow: | x54v
06/7/2017 23:15 | A good day UP 10% to 4.25. Perhaps if this rise continues tomorrow it reach or exceed the 52 week of 4.75 seen in April. | 888icb
03/7/2017 15:22 | 9p target from Optiva. Strong upside from the current price. | x54v |
