Looks like there are real signs of life here, good speculative potential for a
significant re-rating. Good news from Slovakia, Zambia or Congo could send this quickly towards 15-20p in the short term and probably higher if no significant setbacks on the longer term.
It has needed considerable patience though but hopefully now better times!

Clearly as the above article sets out OTC should be valued considerably higher than its current £5.95 million market cap. The case is well made for this to multi bag and it is also clear that the quickest way to get there would be a bid.
Interesting times for OTC.

On the threshold of an EPIC BREAKOUT....wouldn't surprise if the opening bid starts at 15p-30p. Market is so undervaluing the resource potential of the monster mining assets that Ortac resources have got.

So what has Ortac Resources got:

- Fully owned 1+ million ounce of gold mining project at Slovakia

- 45% stake of Casa Mining (Congo) where the resources could be as high as 3 miilion gold ounce and a 300,000 per annum gold production potential. It would take them 18 months to complete the resource upgrade through their two phase drilling plan, another 6 months to build open surface mining so we are looking at 24-30 months to be a producer of a world class gold mining asset.

- 19% stake at Andiamo Exploration another huge mining license at Eriteria. Andiamo holds the Haykota Licence which is 252km2 and has several prospects for Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide (VMS) and copper-rich disseminated sulphide mineralisation, with near surface gold enrichment. The cost per ounce production at Eriteria would make the operations profitable even at $900 per ounce gold price. Just shows the profit potential of the asset.

- and last not the least 14% stake at Zamsfort Limited (Zambia) where they are on the final stages of completing a limited production plant. The Zamsort licenses are located in north west Zambia, 800km from Lusaka and 200km from Solwezi. The Small-Scale Mining Licence (SML) has estimated oxide resource of 16.59Mt @ 0.94% copper equivalent (non-JORC). The large prospecting license (LPL) covers an area of approximately 995km2 and is owned 100% by Zamsort. And with Cobalt prices reaching almost on the breakout of the $60000 per tonne, this is an epic assets to have under the company stake.

Excluding Slovakia, if any one of the three mining assets were to list on AIM, they would be around £20m-£30m market cap on it own merit.

Ortac resources is deeply undervalued! Market cap would reach to its fair value of 75m+-100+m.

I am pleased to see 4p again and would like to see OTC close above 4p. Further news should take this a lot higher so still a good price for people who like the story and the potential.

Sentiment towards buying and holding Gold related stocks soars from the 30 year pits
of worst sentiment ever.

Raising money for the Micro Caps a walk in the Park-indeed a fight from funders to put up the money.

OTC could have several Multiplying value assets.

Someone just mentioned 'layering' on the GWMO LSE chat board. Big trades appear on the books designed to shift the direction of share price movement but then get taken off before being executed. Manipulation...

I think everything is coming together nicely at OTC. I bought some more on Friday and am expecting a rerate to a higher level in the next few weeks. Look at its assets and recent announcements and see if you think it is only worth £5.2 million because that's what its market cap says!

FYI. Was in Kremnica a few weeks ago. After asking a few local people on the mine situation (reopening) most have no real opinions - the mine I was told is historically closed or limited during holiday season which I was told will end in September time. I can’t see OTC trying to rock the boat while still in discussions over JV. So please don't expect paydirt to come out of the ground before September.... But yes... its a nice RNS.
