REF: GrannyboyShould not be necessary it was the uncertainty of "this" license progressing that has hit OTC share price . we will know in one months time. As for the fundraising... I don't think it is necessary. As we have paid for the feasibility study and the tonnage test sample from the underground mine. Machinery and labour costs will be minimal as OTC has a existing relationship with a local company

Ref : GreenRichard post on other BB this morning. This permit is the one which Lubos and his activist group stopped in July 2014. From memory please see above posts (not sure which number now) under this permit OTC had a 3 year window/caveat to start production on the underground mine. In which time authorities will monitor the environmental impact before issuing the above ground open pit "permit to work" - OTC has until July 2017 to get into some kind of "working production" or the license will be reverted back to the State. So if we don't get objections and injunctions within the next month ( let's call it a month from today - April 17th. OTC will HAVE to start production.... in say May... yes can I say it.... making some revenue lol.Been keeping my eye on Lubos and I'm sure his run out of all avenues for objections and injunctions. He still has a large shorting position on OTC. The recapitalisation will help OTC remove some of his positions. The landscape of the economy has changed considerably to the downside . Local people cant survive just on tourism - people need real work.

If they do get the mining permit, then in all probability there will have to be a fundraising.

It's a surface mining permit that is needed for the bulk of the resource. Go and dig out the JORC RNS and read it.

They reckon up to 3.5mill with further drilling -

That is big and the current cap is less than 3 mill -

Dingo - I'm not sure that OTC have received the share certificates from Zamsort for the loan conversion that OTC applied for months ago. Well they haven't announced that they've got them, as far as I'm aware.

I'm a bit nervous about Zamsort, they were supposed to have completed building the plant by November, then had to stop because the rainy season started. I think they are a bit of a loose cannon.
