Haha..Not for the forseable future...And i've even looked into my crystal ball and it doesn't show that far into the future.

The time to buy some would be around the .015 point, then to sell out on any spike up, then rinse and repeat.

When a Company is placing shares whereby the majority of the placing is for seeking advancement of discovering assets, then at some point down the road the Market starts to understand (assuming all things are equal).

Assuming of course that (in this case)the drilling being financed produces far
more in assets than its costs,and so forth.

Nobody should invest in Gold exploration stocks if they don`t understand that it
isn`t a matter of simply hiring a Metal Detector,and that drilling requires money.

Everyone wants to be in a winning multi-bagger exploration stock,yet many seem to
think it can happen without Money being raised,so it`s a long road to travel to know
if you hold a potential 10-50 Bagger,and often you have to dig in if you believe it is for the right reasons.

My own opinion(for my money) is that Slovakia surely underpins everything at this point and possibly a huge multiple of everything.

I could be wrong of course in my assumption that such a viable Gold Resource
will not be left in the ground.


If I am correct then everything else is far beyond Free,so let`s get multiplying
those assets that are for Free and far more than unvalued !!

W4, that is true but as it never gets higher ever again, they do not profit! Where as the placees can flip them out for 10 or 20%.

My long term view is a continuation of dilution and gradual decline in share price with the occasional spike based on nothing of substance.

Yeah - great investment - start 20% down on Day 1.

Only need a 25% increase in the bid to break even, not including brokerage!

We have a private equity group putting up $500,000,so I would be delighted
if OTC can take part in the open offer.

This is all about the potentials of multiplying the costs of drilling by many multiples in potential increased assets discovered,with a strong indication that is what will happen.


I daresay in 12-18 months time there will be huge appetite for new Gold explo stocks with a good story - to come to Market.

I can certainly remember an era when some Cos with 2 shovels and merely a project
were valued at £20 Million.

How times can change- and even moreso the next time when more take note that the likes of Mr Randgold tells the World there is a 10-20 year vacuum of new Major
Gold resources/mines.......meaning shortages to come.


Just spread the risk/reward with a foresight of what will eventually happen for those with tremendous/believable prospects,as some ugly ones will also be valued at £20Million upwards.

The PI does not benefit from any of the continuous fund raising after fund raising , dilution after dilution. That's because they never get to participate. This is now a casino stock.

And how else are things funded? The tooth fairy....?
You go to debt finance at BFS stage but prior it's about raising private capital; that's the point of a listing.

The RNS goes on to say that they are raising up to another $1 million. If OTC doesn't participate then what are they diluted to then? About 15% holding - so half of their original.

Ironic that OTC has been diluting it's own shareholders for years and now they are having the same done to them by one of their own investments.

It would be comical if they participate by having to raise further funds themselves and thereby diluting OTC shareholders even more.

Before this latest share issue by Andiamo OTC held a 26.99% holding, that has now fallen to 18.48%. If there is just a couple or three more $500.000 fundraisings, OTC's holdings will be down to single figures.

And there is no doubt that more fundraisings will be needed before any gold is extracted.

Remember to sell on any spike up..

RNS gives news of a positive development for one of Ortac investments which is raising additional funds. This has sent OTC to number 2 on the leader board UP 12%
