If you read this protection order again think it's been on going since 2015? - under resolution 1814 in 2015 that this declaration of temporary development and protection environmental zones would be valid for two (2) years, period during which could not be granted new mining concessions.Through resolution 2157 in 2017, it extended by another year the temporary development and protection environmental zones, within which is located the: "Polygon 15: dry forest: located in the jurisdiction of the "Corporacio?n Auto?noma Regional del Centro de Antioquia". To date, the delimitation still is not defined, in accordance with the declaration route of a protected area and is currently undergoing a capture phase; and the past October 22, 2018, the "Ministerio de Medio Ambiente", through the 1987 resolution, extended, for 1 additional year, the caution zone for the delimitation of the tropical dry forest including the polygon 15.

Your right bling this looks set to go lower, a lot lower. Unfortunately hazl and her friends have ramped this to the hilt. I bet those who bought in at 5p are regretting listening to the ramping now. Overdale must be so relieved he sold out and opened a short when he was given the nod by Brad when the share price was in the 30s. I am sure it will make his retirement so much more comfortable.

Orosur Mining shares jump as negotiations on Anza project concluded

(Alliance News) - Orosur Mining Inc on Tuesday said that negotiations of the terms of a definitive binding share purchase agreement regarding the Anza gold project in Colombia have successfully concluded.

Shares in the South America-focused minerals explorer and developer surged 55% to 4.10 pence each on late Tuesday morning in London.

Orosur said it will have full ownership of its flagship Anza gold project in Colombia, which has been granted exploration licences and applications for exploration licences in the Mid-Cauca belt of the country.

Chief Executive Officer Brad George said: "We are thrilled to be finally getting Anza back - an exciting project at an exciting time in the precious metals space. In anticipation of successful completion, we had already begun the field planning process, so all is now in place and we are ready to start work."

If all buyback rights regarding the negotiations are exercised, the cost of buying the project back would be USD20 million.

Consideration for the acquisition will be comprised of the grant to each of Newmont and Agnico of a 0.75% net smelter return royalty on all future mineral production and a fixed royalty of USD37.5 per ounce of gold or gold equivalent ounce on the first 200,000 ounces of mineral production. '
