24/9/2024 12:43 | Oh here we go the many handles individual that provides no substance. For everyone else.... when nearly every mining company is down on any particular day it means the sector is affected and there is no point in posting. I like this company and poster in 23443 will have to get over it! | hazl
24/9/2024 10:46 | This should be under 3p again before the market closes tonight. The wise are selling out before the placing arrives by the looks of it. | freefall3
23/9/2024 12:08 | Well today we are liked. Probably more about the sector and the times any fluctuation. 8-) | hazl
23/9/2024 11:25 | "Perhaps it is you who are asking ACT?"No, it really does seem to be the market which is asking. | arlington chetwynd talbott
22/9/2024 17:47 | To be fair it's complicated so read the rest of the link here if you haven't done so but interesting how many little miners Newmont and various have an interest and stakes in. | hazl
22/9/2024 17:44 | 'The board of directors of Orosur, having consulted with share price Angel Corporate Finance LLP, the Company's Nominated Adviser, considers that the terms of the Acquisition are fair and reasonable insofar as the Company's shareholders are concerned.' | hazl
22/9/2024 17:42 | Company will reassume 100% ownership of its flagship Anza Gold Project in Colombia with no upfront payments. ' Under the SPA, Orosur's wholly owned Canadian subsidiary, Waymar Resources Ltd., will purchase all of the issued shares of MMA from wholly owned subsidiaries of Newmont and Agnico resulting in Orosur regaining 100% ownership of the Project (the "Acquisition"). No cash is payable up front, with all consideration deferred and wholly contingent upon commercial production from the Anza Project. The agreed consideration is the NSR Royalties (as defined below) in an aggregate amount of 1.5% on all future mineral production, plus the Fixed Royalties (as defined below) of an aggregate amount of US$75 per ounce of gold or gold equivalent ounce for the first 200,000 gold equivalent ounces of mineral production (the "Fixed Royalties").' | hazl
22/9/2024 17:38 | Perhaps it is you who are asking ACT? 8-) | hazl
20/9/2024 14:23 | hazl - how is this all going to be financed (the market seems to be asking)? | arlington chetwynd talbott
20/9/2024 08:22 | Crews returning to El Pantano in Argentina for first visit post winter. Dusting off the cobwebs, finalising some technical details for lease compliance and ticking a few final boxes in anticipation of our drilling permits being issued in a few months | hazl
15/9/2024 16:51 | Orosur CEO Brad George commented: "We are thrilled to be finally getting Anzá back - an exciting project at an exciting time in the precious metals space. In anticipation of successful completion, we had already begun the field planning process, so all is now in place and we are ready to start work." | hazl
15/9/2024 16:48 | The SPA has now been duly executed and, on the closing of the transaction, the Company will have 100% ownership of the Company's flagship Anzá Gold Project ("Anzá Project") in Colombia. Closing of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and the approval of the TSXV. | hazl
15/9/2024 16:46 | Surely it is well known, enough, that exploration companies are just that and hope to find something spectacular enough, that it attracts a buyer? OMI is a different animal since the latest announcements. That I believe ought to take it to a new higher price level. | hazl
13/9/2024 09:57 | "The second point is that the JV partnership spent $17.7m annd walked away , why?"Because they drilled further out to see the scale and it wasn't as high grade as first bunch of assays. However., that was for two majors to invest and play. The areas of early drilling were outstanding and more than enough for a not so huge partner to come and JV into.. Which is what will happen imo | smackeraim
13/9/2024 09:28 | Balanced view. I am still hoping for them to find gold. I am 70 next year which is 10 years older than when I first invested in UGY :-/ If they get to the recent dizzy heights of 20p I will upgrade my Merc. If they get back to atmospheric heights of 97p in 2012 I will be posting from my private yacht ;-) | overdale123
13/9/2024 06:37 | A couple of things need consideration. Why , after nearly 50,000m of drilling over a 10 year period, do we still not have a NI 101-43/JORC resource. The second point is that the JV partnership spent $17.7m annd walked away , why? The other obvious observation is OMI will need to spend several £ million to continue developing the resource and how is this funded , other than through share dilution. Despite gold being at record highs, we’ve had 15 years of AIM gold juniors diluting their shareholders to oblivion whilst achieving little by means of getting mines into production and profitably. CNR, BMV, GRL 3 examples I can think of. I think this is why the market is dead , despite the gold price. | highly geared
12/9/2024 22:57 | Maybe. But will anything significant happen here before they need to place again? | arlington chetwynd talbott
12/9/2024 20:39 | My goodness just look at the price of gold! These little goldies will rerate surely. imo | hazl
12/9/2024 09:01 | And the poster above is on ignore, he has been bitter ever since his BOO investment, sadly. Shame really the markets can be difficult. | hazl
12/9/2024 08:58 | hazl just remember your CUSN investment which is sinking faster than the water level. Ouch!!!!!! Not to be trusted! | millennialinvestor
12/9/2024 08:52 | If you choose to take profit that's fine but if it's the posters selling doubt, I suggest don't let the usual jealous ones frighten you out. My opinion is that she will rise again before the drilling starts. No guarantees but this company is in a better position now I believe. IMO | hazl |
