Oh here we go the many handles individual that provides no substance.


For everyone else.... when nearly every mining company is down on any particular day
it means the sector is affected and there is no point in posting.

I like this company and poster in 23443 will have to get over it!

This should be under 3p again before the market closes tonight. The wise are selling out before the placing arrives by the looks of it.

No cash is payable up front, with all consideration deferred and wholly contingent upon commercial production from the Anza Project.



The agreed consideration is the NSR Royalties (as defined below) in an aggregate amount of 1.5% on all future mineral production, plus the Fixed Royalties (as defined below) of an aggregate amount of US$75 per ounce of gold or gold equivalent ounce for the first 200,000 gold equivalent ounces of mineral production (the "Fixed Royalties").'

Surely it is well known, enough, that exploration companies are just that and hope to find something spectacular enough, that it attracts a buyer?

OMI is a different animal since the latest announcements.

That I believe ought to take it to a new higher price level.

However., that was for two majors to invest and play. The areas of early drilling were outstanding and more than enough for a not so huge partner to come and JV into.. Which is what will happen imo

Balanced view. I am still hoping for them to find gold. I am 70 next year which is 10 years older than when I first invested in UGY :-/ If they get to the recent dizzy heights of 20p I will upgrade my Merc. If they get back to atmospheric heights of 97p in 2012 I will be posting from my private yacht ;-)

A couple of things need consideration.
Why , after nearly 50,000m of drilling over a 10 year period, do we still not have a NI 101-43/JORC resource. The second point is that the JV partnership spent $17.7m annd walked away , why?

The other obvious observation is OMI will need to spend several £ million to continue developing the resource and how is this funded , other than through share dilution.


Despite gold being at record highs, we’ve had 15 years of AIM gold juniors diluting their shareholders to oblivion whilst achieving little by means of getting mines into production and profitably.

CNR, BMV, GRL 3 examples I can think of.

I think this is why the market is dead , despite the gold price.

If you choose to take profit that's fine but
if it's the posters selling doubt, I suggest don't let the usual jealous ones frighten you out.


My opinion is that she will rise again before the drilling starts.


No guarantees but this company is in a better position now I believe.
