So... take value from existing shareholders and money from hoped-for future earnings to pay off all previous debts.

This works on paper - and debtors had little choice (it was this or nothing)

So for shareholders, all now depends on how much value is eventually left for them after all explo + mining costs, past debts and future share dilutions are paid.

As August has already explained, previous shareholders got a big minus

NEWMONT won't sit on there hands with OROSUR especially if gold goes on a bull run in 2019 they will want to advance this quick and make the most of the gold price and there investment here

On another note you have to laugh at that Augustploop fella who has spent years talking this share down trying to scare folk and now he and his friends have nothing to cling onto now. I remember reading there posts how OMI would be bust now and NEWMONT would write of there investment here against tax. Our RNS today has been a cracker and now we can focus on ANZA

NEWMONT wanted this sorted ! Today it's been cleared up ! Paves the way now for a massive 2019 ! Clues are here with only 10 million shares issued ? They know that amount will be worth between 1 / 2 quid in next 12 months and didn't want to give many away ;)
