Not worried at all lol!

You've not been right all along at all. What happened to your sub 5p by close yesterday? You just appear on shares where the sentiment is low and spout off nonsense in an attempt to get them lower. You keep mentioning the "going concern" statement from the recent RNS but fail to mention it's mentioned in every RNS, including the one where it was announced that Newmont had invested in the Anza prospect.

Go and try your amateur psychological tricks out elsewhere, Genuine Moron.

Things are rebounding here now that the PI's who didn't really understand why they'd invested in the first place have vacated, but I guess you knew that as that's what you prey on. Lowlife!

What happened to your predictions of sub 5p by close and pleading with holders to run for their lives, B1. Reading your posts tells me that you really are a disturbed individual. If this is how you make your crust or get your kicks then you must reevaluate your life. As for the “genuine gamblers” stuff, I’m sure it was funny once or twice, now it’s lame. Grow up!

so that's how you decide to invest?

Don't do any research, don't do any thinking.
If presented with a logical argument for it being a scam - then buy.

Doesn't sound much of a plan to me.

Let's be clear, Newmont are in a much better position WHEN OMI goes bust.

They get the remainder of the asset - for a pittance.
And don't have to pay anything to OMI.

So when you think that Newmont did due diligence -- they probably only agreed to the terms because they knew that OMI would go bust.

It probably saves them $5m than if they had bought it outright!

---------------

NEWMONT will want OMI to go bust - saves them millions!

Highly geared,

Imagine the discussion between OMI Directors and Newmont.

Newmont "we like Anza - here's what we offer …. the contract as stipulated and $2m"

OMI " we don't want the $2m for Anza, the court will just take it to pay off the creditors - no use to use."

Newmont " what should we do then?"

OMI "We will sign the contract if you buy $2m in OMI shares instead and you can have the contract for free"

Newmont "Works for us, but why?"

OMI "because that way we can keep paying our salaries and inflated expenses even after the Company has really gone bust."

----------------

If Newmont had just tried to pick it up off the receiver - they could have got into a bidding war with a competitor.

Now there's not going to be any other offers.
