Another idiot that can't read.

We were not on about controlling OMI - we were on about control of the Anza asset.

Why would anybody want to own the debt riddled OMI?

Of course OMI is liable for their OMI subsidiary - via any guarantees that they have given. And any money that was recently taken out of the subsidiary that can not now be paid to creditors can be taken back - normal business rules.

To own omi would imply they were buying them out. If they bought them out they would carry all the bs you think they omi are liable for Newmont were restricted to 19.99% at this stage of the agreement as they were restricted to 19.99% of continental which cost them $109m. Continental stated if they want controlling interest they pay top dollar for it. Newmont does not have control of continental with 19.99% nor does Newmont have control of OMI with 19.99%. OMI is not liable for Uruguay so give the BS up you are wasting your time here. Yawn.

Your a thick cvnt aren't you lol I'd give it up now as you've stated in your first sentence - "Newmont have spent $2m - for which they have received control of Anza"But then you say"They may have to spend another $1m when OMI folds - to get the last bit.But then they will own Anza out right at a total cost of $3m"Your contradicting yourself thick cvnt :) if NEWMONT spent $2m for which they have received control of Anza why then would they have to spend another $1m when OMI folds if they already control Anza ? LOL

""The Company's continuance as a going concern is dependent upon its ability to obtain adequate financing and to reach profitable levels of operations."

--------------

Bit of a tough task when they have just closed their only producing mine!

How do you reach "profitable levels of operations" without a mine???

LOL
