Would anyone invested here be willing to say that the Company have clearly explained the situation with regard to how and why the court are now in control of their only real producing asset?

Have they clearly informed you of what is going to happen?

Have they explained the financial consequences of meeting their obligations?

I'd be worried as screen shots have been taken of your posts and your crew and emailed to [e-mail] and investor relations [e-mail] I'd suggest others follow suit tonight as the more emails Orosur and NEWMONT get with screenshots as evidence I think they will take action against the scum bags. Let's face it NEWMONT have a bottomless pit of money and won't hesitate taking action to protect there investment and company. Sleep well :D
