bought in today.....1.64 is fair enough. Everything has a price and this was 4.5p in february. Has plenty of cash.....another Echo Energy like deal please!!!

Marmar that's why you have to have several, in my opinion as gold companies are such unknown quantities unfortunately.
My mistake was not that I bought in here but SELLING both OTC and RLP when they looked no hopers at one point.
I should have stuck to my original plan.
However, have made up for it on various different shares.
Again, you could never have a decent conversation here because a certain poster got so nasty and personal.

Anyway good luck to you hope you do better elsewhere.

I should have sold Ore when they were trading at same level as Ortac and buy Ortac, looks like their management is sticking to the original plan, not like here..

The Issue Price of the Placing Shares and the Open Offer Shares is equivalent to 0.006p per Existing Ordinary Share, which represents a discount of 61.3 per cent. to the closing price of 0.0155p per Existing Ordinary Share on 20 March 2017 (being the latest practicable date before the announcement of the Proposals).

And yes you have missed the record date,so you will not be able to get any offer shares.
