05/4/2019 13:24 | Nice one Sponduulix. Link in full: | steelwatch
05/4/2019 12:06 | Here something to lift the gloom - from telemarker over on LSE hxxps://samso.com.au Haven't been able to get a reply from management to any questions on the mine | sponduulix
05/4/2019 07:11 | You are spot on, the quality is top drawer and we know both quantity and quality for a long time. The old mound of crushed rock is "hopper ready" with plenty of additional tungsten and I was hoping they could update us very soon on exactly what stage we are at now. | roykeane2
05/4/2019 06:58 | You are spot on, the quality is top drawer and we know both quantity and quality for a long time. The old mound of crushed rock is "hopper ready" with plenty of additional tungsten and I was hoping they could update us very soon on exactly what stage we are at now. | roykeane2
04/4/2019 11:48 | If I remember rightly Ormonde's ore is not only high quality but also easily mined being near the surface. That combination was and remains the attraction. | dolores123
04/4/2019 11:08 | I'm sure vic12 is right, but remember any mine / factory / whatever is about meeting the terms of the contract. Noble are not going to accept poor quality grades. That's the real proof of the pudding so to speak. Meeting the terms of the contract in a profitable manner. The professionalism of management in Ormonde gives one hope that Barruecopardo will do what it's supposed to do, provided the DFS is correct / accurate. But there is still a risk, things went wrong with Wolf minerals at Hemerdon project (Drakelands).Despite the British Geological Survey rating Drakelands as the worlds 4th biggest Tungsten deposit things went badly wrong and Wolf collapsed. Even the website does not exist for Wolf anymore.Have a read of the Wolf Minerals Wikipedia page, read all the management psycho babble. But the ore was a lot more difficult to process, leading to poor returns and unable to service its debt. Hence it sunk. | admiral jellicoe
04/4/2019 10:12 | Hopefully the new tax year will see some buying next week | jbe81
04/4/2019 09:55 | Have to admit the one thing I was not worried about was the grade levels.Hope I’m not wrong. I was at the last agm and all the board were very confident of the grade levels. | bazaoil
04/4/2019 09:41 | They have anticipated grades. Based on metallurgy, years of previous production, drilling results etc. Oaktree invested on this information Actual grades figures will follow with production results. | 12vic
04/4/2019 09:28 | You would have thought they would know the grades before they built the mine | jbe81
03/4/2019 16:38 | Agreed Jamie, one requires the patience of a saint in this game. Markets seem very illogical at times and Ormonde is no exception. I wonder should we have taken Almonty' offer at the time, however it was asked where were they gonna get the money?I would surmise many LTH's are underwater here, including myself, but I'm not too far off my break even price. There will be a update from Ormonde, and the mine has to make money as almost 55 million has been committed to date. Oaktree / Fairport will want to see a return on that for sure. I would hope management will release the good news soon, by Easter would be very nice indeed! As long as the Laboratory technicians report good grades then we will see the money roll in. | admiral jellicoe
03/4/2019 15:30 | No selling volume to get worried about Mind you,no buying either,,, 😕 | rileyma
03/4/2019 15:29 | Has anyone actually contacted the company to ask if things are going to plan, or if they know why the share price is dropping? Sometimes companies (or the broker) are aware that there is a big seller and happy to share that info. | cyberbub
03/4/2019 14:50 | What ever is happening on site in Spain the share price is dropping since the new year I am a long time share holder with ormonde and it is disappointing to see this happening after waiting so long but I'll have to wait longer | jamie crawford
03/4/2019 10:55 | Right or wrong, like it or hate it but updates seem to be via YouTube clips. A photo says a thousand words as they say.I reviewed the March 2019 video on YouTube. The main pit still has lots of water in it, activity seems to be on the periphery where the big white Liebherr excavator is loading the transporter trucks.Processed material can be clearly seen at the ROM pad and in large pyramidal shapes at the bottom of the conveyor belts.I would guess mine activity is perhaps 15-20% or so. | admiral jellicoe
03/4/2019 10:26 | Thanks jbe. Some good insightful content. edit: | steelwatch
03/4/2019 10:25 | As a minnow who is approaching the "sweet spot" (about to blossom into profit), it is indeed very surprising and disappointing to see the stock sub 4. No updates clearly not helping and it can't be that hard to update long suffering shareholders. That said, the traditional things that used define these minnows like rumours etc no longer apply. Strange times look at that massive IPO on Friday LYFT over 20x oversubscribed on launch day and the very next trading day it's sub IPO. | roykeane2
03/4/2019 10:00 | Saloro gets a brief mention | jbe81
02/4/2019 14:56 | Are Davy's right at putting a valuation nearly 300% higher then the current SP? I think I will wait this one out, till maybe Christmas! I was hoping to plan a trip to see the mine sometime. Very busy at the moment and not sure when I could find the money and time to travel to that remote part of Spain. More media coverage or reports from the management would be welcome. kind regards, Paul Winter, ACMA CGMA | paulwinter10
02/4/2019 14:53 | I'm frustrated too. In any scenario prolonged absence of information can lead to the imagination of the mind going a bit wild.It would be helpful if a slightly more detailed news release was offered.I'm not worried about the plant /equipment, if changes are required then that is possible by getting in engineers to make alterations. Just takes a bit more time / money. What I'm really worried about is that if the ore from the mine is not of a high enough grade. If the past exploratory drilling results were off by a wide margin. If that comes to pass then we are all gonna be wiped out.On the plus side, Tungsten price is still holding strong. It's Barruecopardo or bust! | admiral jellicoe
02/4/2019 14:36 | I personally feel we need to attract more investors and this will only come with more frequent updates/RNS’s. I have emailed the company in the past and got responses but we are now at the end of a long road. Lth’s needed to be rewarded for their patience and investment in the company during the planning and development stage. | bazaoil
02/4/2019 13:58 | Why don't you email the company? | dolores123
02/4/2019 13:47 | I agree with you Bazaoil we as shareholders have waited a long time for this.... production was supposed to start months ago but got delayed I know it takes time.but it feels like the market knows something and that's why the share price down... | jamie crawford
02/4/2019 13:30 | Have to say I personally am getting a little fed up waiting for production news. It’s April now! Davy’s have a valuation nearly 300% higher than the current share price at the current market APT price. We know we have a shiny new plant with great resources. We have been years waiting. Give us an official RNS re production/sales, official update on offtake agreement etc etc. Promote it locally in Spain etc. C’mon!!! | bazaoil
01/4/2019 13:35 | Photos not updated 6 weeks min Update must surely be round the corner!? | rileyma |
