A minor delay to part only of the process is insignificant at this stage. Otherwise good progress.

Yes a curate's egg of an RNS - hopefully the slight delay in commissioning won't get punished too much by the market

Good news and bad news RNSIt is very pleasing to have achieved another major project milestone during the quarter, with the on-target commencement of commissioning of the crush and screen plant and the water treatment plant, taking the Project into its mine commissioning phase. This major advancement accompanied progress on the construction of the process plant where most of the major equipment has been installed and structural works are well advanced. "The commissioning of the process plant is now due to commence in early December, slightly later than originally planned, with first tungsten expected to be produced from early February 2019, to commence a new secure supply to the global markets."

Cyber - Android, but not using the advfn app, so using the phone as a mini PC. I assume you can do the same on Apple:

cyber - just checked on my phone. If you tap the 3 bars top left and scroll down to the bottom, you can switch to desktop view which solves the problem.

Does anyone know how to see (or go to) a post, in the new ADVFN user interface on mobile phones? There used to be a box where you could type in the post number and jump to that post.

Hello all,

Grateful if anyone could please clarify the project split.

I understand that the project has been 'fully funded' by Saloro (financed by Oaktree) and that ORM retain a 30% 'free ride'. How does that equate to what ORM will actually receive in cash terms?

Do ORM receive:

1) 30% of net cash flow generated after ALL costs (including debt repayment)
2) 30% of net operating cash flow i.e (before debt/interest repayments) - which are payable by Saloro(?).
3) Some other arrangement?

As I understand production costs are c$120 a tonne, but all in costs inc debt might be closer to $180 a tonne?

Trying to put an accurate value on the company :)

Thanks

I will be at the AGM with my wife, if all goes well! Don't be afraid to mingle! I am usually the first to vote yes on proposals at theses meetings, so you might recognise me that way! Kind regards, Paul Winter, ACMA

12p by Christmas would be great but I hope we will see more trading like buying and selling daily so if you want to cash it won't drop the sell price

For those wondering what commissioning is, it is where company effectively demo the plant, testing it fully to make sure they hit the ground running.

Sounds encouraging. Having said that, we're being paid £1M p.a. as part of the Saloro deal, with minimal outgoings apart from a handful of staff. I'd be disappointed if the company won't stump up £200 for an RNS to confirm that formal commissioning is underway...

I'd say the installation / commissioning team are pushing very hard now to meet the various deadlines. 18+hr days would be the norm.Well done boys well done, it's just great when a plan comes together!!
