The liquidity drought on AIM is obvious, investors in this sector are so battered and bruised they cannot tell the wood from the trees, had gold been at this level back in the good old days of 2019 ORR would probably have been valued north of £50m instead of the current £10m.

This company has transformed possibly into the next GGP, from 1p to 35p, however due to the 'current climate' investors stay away not helped by chronic manipulation of the markets by brokers, market makers etc.

A tip, if it is hard to buy a stock it means it is a good one, it has been hard to buy ORR in any material size for some months !

It has been suggested on the other BB that Lanstead are struggling to contain the share price, as a result have sold far more shares than they would normally have done at this stage of the financing agreement.

If that is the case it would be very bullish as they have fewer shares left to sell over the remaining 16 months of the funding deal.

No wonder Lanstead are refusing to TR1 their position to the annoyance of posters on LSE.

I think the share price is poised to move ahead strongly as a result of renewed investor interest, no wonder they are making it harder to buy.

The shares hit .57p in January remember.

60 percent of your inheritance gone and you don't mind the Lanstead deal. It's not only their selling, it's the fact it puts off other investors.

Latest post from the LSE thread,

Tweet from ORR - the CFO seems joyful !

Oriole has had a successful week at #MiningIndaba in Cape Town, meeting with investors, existing and potential JV partners, suppliers, and key figures in the African #mining sector.

Oriole shares had fallen 80%+ long before the Lanstead financing, it seems to be a trait of the market these days, enormous drops in share price have been replicated across the sector for 2 years now, what is worrying is there appears to be no sign of a real turn in sentiment.

The matter has not been helped by 'high profile' stocks like HZM, PREM, VAST, POW and many others wiping out so much retail investor cash.

No-one trusts the market these days, it has turned into a roulette wheel more than ever before.

A few weeks ago no-one had a good word to say about ORR, now they can do no wrong, for the time being at least !

Welcome to the new AIM, destroy shareholder value for 18/24 months, pummel the share price down to option money, then re-rate it multi bag fashion in a few days so most miss out.

Investor sentiment is so poor currently one suspects only a few benefitted from this tremendous re-rate.

My view is the stock has been in a downtrend for so long investors/traders have lost interest, what is clear the downtrend has been broken, the weight of material news over the next few weeks will drive it far far higher.

Those who have followed ORR for many a year know the score and are well positioned.

Market cap here is tiny at £6.5m, market makers caught offside today.

I expect this to trade around .35p/.45p range once dust is settle and investors evaluate today's news.

IMM were running a phase 3 trial back then and there was very strong buying pressure for shares also investors were less aware about the destructive nature of these deals but are wise to them now.Since then IMM has done several more deals with Lanstead but it has resulted in a much lower share price.
