Take note of that warning RNS. Its giving you a hint. A JDA usually gives no detail whatsoever of the terms, which will always involve a 'sponsor' (which is what ORCP is) having to put up mega bucks if it wants any share of the eventual loot. Which in this case looks to be years down the line. See also where a similar spike in GCM has landed those who got sucked in.
