A/ revenue not as predicted ie Full year ... ps should be ok for me
B/ raise ...despite many denials ...hence SOH.s sbtx sales ...for what? New opti deals hopefully. Unlikely raise.
C/ large nearly signed off deals not happening/ delays. Possible
D/ Switchers opti to sbtx ...v possible.
E/ Tata silence Too slow imho
F/ Brexit derisking Maybe
G/ York Seed. Very,very likely
H/ Technical trading based on resistance levels.etc Very likely

Be under no illusion about what is required. No point even sitting on store shelves without marketing

Look at coca cola and Nike etc. Marketing budgets. Brand alone is not enough

Of course such a move requires a placing also. Big money required to market in any game. Especially this one as the big guns ramp it up

Even a Potential placing creates a loss of faith in a board. It means their listing and past placings have failed in terms of their outlooks at that time.

O Hara needs to make some changes. Possibly even himself.

This company needs an amazing marketing director with a brilliant track record in the field.

Contracts. .most of these types, do not assure a minimum revenue of profitability . They are (by now obvious) of little interest to the market

Time to realise his passion for his company does not assure success

Lord of sales required.

I'd even buy a placing if some master of marketing was in place prior

So I'm a bull here but I can't ignore the serious volume and thinking is this forward selling ahead of a placing ? Or someone needing some cash ? If it's a placing then maybe it's to fund something positive ? Uncertain times don't help of course ... anyway time will tell , am I brave Enough to buy more ... hmmm
