OptiBiotix Health plc (AIM: OPTI), a life sciences business developing compounds to tackle obesity, high cholesterol, diabetes and skin care, announces that it received notification on 10 October 2018 that Mrs Carol Anne Christie, wife of Mr Sean Christie, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 125,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 10 October 2018, representing 0.15% of the Company's issued share capital, at a price of 80 pence per share and will be held in the name of Mrs Carol Anne Christie. Prior to the transaction, neither Mr Christie nor Mrs Christie held ordinary shares in the Company.

Under the AIM Rules for Companies, Mrs Carol Anne Christie is considered a related party and therefore this transaction or any further transactions must be disclosed under the AIM Rules for Companies.
