My Hargreaves account is saying that we're down another 3p even though the ADVFN chart just says ½p
I must admit that I see thought that we'd be revisiting the mid 60's.
So rightly our wrongly, I've added another five to my Spreadbets.

Soz primal. I guess it looks like im being ungrateful and rude on second reading. I'm very grateful for both you and PJ for raising the question and you obviously are in close contact with elrico and managed to squeeze a great response.

Please tell elrico to come back. I have sent him 2 PM's and no reply yet. I don't know if he gets them or worse, ignoring me. lol

Elrico wanted me to add:it refers to an historical question I asked SOH. I don't want SOH thinking we this is recent and forgetting our chat. :)

Nothing to stop Stephen raising some extra capital by using the 40% of sbtx shares opti holds in a “reduced price sell”: on a pro Rata basis, to existing opti holders only, Say 4 pence each, with an 18 month tie in period, for both the sbtx and the opti stock. Reward the long term holders and screw the traders.

Answer from Elrico from SOH on PJ's query about how long payments will take:SOH: "Revenues of £250k or £500K are not paid immediately on signing the deal but it is spread out over the year. Typically license fee's tend to be paid quarterly but sales purchase orders are invoiced immediately and paid before goods are dispatched."

Any views on whether SOH might spin off (list) another product? Like another SBTX.

He said royalties can take 3-6 months perhaps longer with the global players, so it's not beyond reason to consider that delayed royalty payments may require a final modest cash call. It's unlikely, but shouldn't be dismissed out of hand.

He is far more likely to do a small placing to raise a few million instead of selling SBTX too cheap.

Honestly we need to get past the obsession with the cash position. SoH has said he not going to raise (Caveat: unless an SBTX type opportunity arises), moreover even if he miscalculated and needs cash.. we have millions sitting in SBTX. He is also the largest SH with 12% so does anyone really think he will dilute further? Ain't gonna happen folks

The key question there though is how long will OPTI have to wait for payment/royalties from these agreements. 3/ 6 months

The Seed Health product is due to launch next month, no-one really knows what revenue that could bring to OPTI as it's a brand new innovative product, but with high profile backers and an aggressive PR and marketing campaign, if it's a real success we could be looking at £50K+ per month imo.

All this assumes no money from any partnership? Soh says break even in 2018, so he is saying there is a line of commercial deals coming on.

Yes, I got an email today to say relaunching 29th May. New formulation, new packaging, new online store to order from. Will give it a go.
