14/1/2019 10:30 | Outlook should be better with increase in natural gas prices whuchbhas gone up over 10% since the start of the year. | spacedust
14/1/2019 09:54 | It's actually helpful to Medco that the rejection has come pre-trading statement because they can now go away and offer more on the basis of new knowledge (i.e. after tomorrow's trading statement) | nigelpm
14/1/2019 09:24 | Morgan Stanley are reporting on Form 8.5 - so investing for others (as I understand it). Not acting in the same capacity as Bybrook. hxxp://www.thetakeov | thedudie
14/1/2019 09:07 | And Morgan Stanley??? | spacedust
14/1/2019 09:00 | Bybrook gone from 3.81 to 4.3% since start of offer period - lots of maneuvering going on. | nigelpm
14/1/2019 08:59 | More forms being issued. So we will have another offer. No, still in an offer period so still required as part of that process. | nigelpm
14/1/2019 08:58 | Read up on Hotchkis & Wiley 13.7% - Ophir's biggest shareholder who have added several percent over the last 2 weeks. THEY WILL NOT SELL OUT CHEAP - SHORTERS WILL GET BURNT, CHARRED AND TOASTED :) :) :) | ashkv
14/1/2019 08:55 | Correction - $60 brent not base but bottom - per Oman Oil Minister over the weekend. | ashkv
14/1/2019 08:44 | More forms being issued. So we will have another offer. | spacedust
14/1/2019 08:26 | Yeah paid for foresight.Worth a fortune | aidenabettin
14/1/2019 08:23 | Could turn blue soon | ammu12
14/1/2019 08:20 | Price should motor towards 60p. With gas prices up almost 10% this year ophr should be up. Medco can go jump or return with a 900m bid | spacedust
14/1/2019 07:59 | Probably the least surprising RNS I'll see this week, BOD obviously have institutional backing to make that statement. Why weren't Medco acquiring stock when OPHR were languishing in the 30s, it would have strengthened their hand if they have to go hostile which can still be avoided if they stop tire kicking. The BOD seem to be putting significant emphasis on tomorrows update so we can safely assume production is up atleast inline with their previous update. | prefab
14/1/2019 07:57 | Why should he...he’s getting paid. | rayrac
14/1/2019 07:56 | Ok.Lets hope you get the deal you are looking for but i think it will be disappointment as will be the case with multiple resource stocks with a multitude of different reasons given for their demise..Liquidation and delisting is going to bring a lot of pain to pi's this year but its absolutely not in any doubt that the wheels are in motion.Good luck | aidenabettin
14/1/2019 07:48 | Aiden stop spamming all boards | ammu12
14/1/2019 07:43 | A term being used more often recently.Releasing " non core assets".Means less work for the lawyers when the removal guys arrive.Resources are moving to crypto/blockchain and multiple deals are being cancelled to accommodate the migration. The cull is underway!!!!! | aidenabettin
14/1/2019 07:39 | Boys from the east have been shown the door , good , now the fun begins , weak holders will dump and then 80p achieved . | jotoha2
14/1/2019 07:38 | And lets not forget, Fortuna capex will be zero from now on, one positive from the license going! | valuehunter1
14/1/2019 07:37 | Looking forward to tomorrows update, should be a really strong one and should re-set how we should value OPHR based on current and future expected fcf. Any line to suggest we are looking to sell the Tanz assets would be just what the long term holders want to hear. | valuehunter1
14/1/2019 07:34 | Good rejection. Now down to Medco to get serious and put up or shut up. IMO they have been really poorly advised so far from Stan Chart and should fire them and hire someone who would give them the right advice if they really do want OPHR assets. | valuehunter1
