14/9/2018 12:19 | Thank you for your replies ashkv. Btw, 2P are 42 oil and 29 gas. FCF seems to exclude interest costs and some CAPEX (although it is not totally clear). As I said, the presentation and the report are not completely equal and the reports matters more than the presentation (see 2019 in particular). Yes, I am genuinely reviewing the company (why should I spend my time on this otherwise), but I am cautious. The CC made me even more cautious. I don't know Alan Booth, but I really did not understand his attitude and body language. I prefer to miss opportunities if I am not sure than to make a mistake out of optimism. In this case, I am sure you will agree with me that it is better to be a little careful. | sophia1982
14/9/2018 11:01 | Email Capital Group Companies, Inc, lol. Selling down... They have no idea. As you seem know better... 37p now 32p later... xxx | alamaison5
14/9/2018 10:32 | 'As at 31 December 2017, the value of the gross assets, the subject of the Transaction totalled $481 million' There's £300m worth of assets of the balance sheet, straight away. Good deal from a distressed seller. (Santos have huge debt to pay down) The Cretin who say the is no FCF....what an earth are you looking at? This year FCF is impacted by Bualuang capex. Once complete 7800 barrels goes to 11000 barrels. Production could be 30k barrels. At $75 that's $2.25m a day in revenue, over $800m. Annualised. | general george

14/9/2018 09:49 | Ah dear, how very thoughtful of you. Don't worry about me, better you concentrate on your own 'trading' then worry about my investments. After all, if your trading resembles your predictions, then you've got some serious worries and perhaps would spend your time better focusing on that then posting g your ramblings on here. Still waiting for you 50p predictions next week... oh, that was 2 weeks ago. Toodle pip:-))) | arteespresso
14/9/2018 09:24 | arteespresso Every time I read one of your posts I can’t help feeling sorry for you, you come across as a very bitter person full of anger and ready to have a go at anything that sets you off. Life is far too short for this sort of lifestyle and reaction, just try to relax and let much more go over your head otherwise you give the impression that you will be having a heart attack or stroke very soon, and no one wants that do they. Casino loser syndromes... | alamaison5

14/9/2018 08:26 | nigelpm - 31 May 2018 - 14:52:13 - 4145 of 4597 Oh dear. Fortuna gone now in my mind. Focus on the rest and hope we get out with 80p nigelpm - 25 Apr 2018 - 09:03:42 - 3889 of 4597 Ophir: African Exploration and lots of it. - OPHR Hanging fire for now - got plenty - bought a load at 53/54p recently. Also, managed to drop out 10% (ish) on the 63p spike so ready to reload perhaps at 53p ish again. nigelpm - 13 Apr 2018 - 09:06:41 - 3847 of 4597 Ophir: African Exploration and lots of it. - OPHR The spike yesterday just looked a bit odd even in the context of posts above. I wouldn't be surprised to see an RNS on Monday. nigelpm - 12 Mar 2018 - 17:26:34 - 3758 of 4597 Ophir: African Exploration and lots of it. - OPHR Got my final top up done last week at 54p (after watching the investor presentation & Q&A) - now it's just sit back and hope the company can deliver on what they are hoping to achieve. If they can get Fortuna financing and half of the other stuff we'll be well north of £1 IMHO. nigelpm - 22 Feb 2018 - 13:58:18 - 3703 of 4597 Ophir: African Exploration and lots of it. - OPHR odd spike - seems to generally be lots of support around 52p - hardly surprising given the level of value and assets you get for your £380m. :=( SAD... | alamaison5
13/9/2018 23:47 | alamaison513 Sep '18 - 11:08 - 4651 of 4682 Edit0 0 032p next stop. So no profit next year either. Ouch no 2...sophia198213 Sep '18 - 12:34 - 4668 of 4682I am trying hard, but honestlly I cannot clearly see a path to real FREE cash flow generation.ME NEITHER. THE MONEY WILL BE SPENT ON RIGS, STAFF, APPRAISAL...ALSO, THE OIL FIELDS WHICH ARE ALREADY "TIRED" WILL NEED BIG SPENDING...32p or nothing!Well, it would help if you knew what to look for. It would also help if you knew how to understand value in a producer. No point in asking questions on a B.B. where most are clueless, best to hit the books and educate yourself. Although in your case alamaison, it could be a while. | arteespresso
13/9/2018 23:19 | There you go - posting garbage again. | nigelpm
13/9/2018 23:18 | Reserved for Saul Goodman. | dunderheed
13/9/2018 23:17 | You castigate people and call them fools - but you have made the same mistakes for which you call them fools? This is where you are going badly wrong. I castigate people for posting junk not backed up opinions and logical views. | nigelpm
13/9/2018 23:13 | No - I only do it to genuine mugs of which you are one and prove it every single time you post. Look at the junk you post on the SQZ board "Reserved for Saul" | nigelpm
13/9/2018 23:06 | nigelpm - it is you who needs help buddy. You castigate people and call them fools - but you have made the same mistakes for which you call them fools? Would you really speak to people face to face in the way you communicate on here? It is so (non)empathetic and disrespectful. I aint a psychiatrist by any stretch of the imagination but, you come across almost (manic) depressed buddy in so many of your responses, that's all. I apologise to other posters on here but as nigel states he is only on here to seek out "mugs" and "liars/lies" so I am only reciprocating. As before I'll go back to lurking, many apologies to all. | dunderheed

13/9/2018 22:35 | A typical free bb warrior who also is nursing very large losses and really does seem to get all his bets wrong lol!! I hasten to add for the millionth time I am not a holder or shorter here and am just here 'curiosity' reading what a rude loser you r!! | dunderheed
13/9/2018 20:40 | Badger: "May well look to buy back in sub 20pps Nige.......Fair value with all the debt that now needs servicing along with the inept management, can't be more than £100mio mkt cap...or 15 pps" --> Absolutely insane troll, not worth replying to but hey.. There is new management - Alan has created significant value for investors in his last two firms. Please look-up Encore. Also for a 27.5k bpd producer with only $250m of debt (around 1x projected 2019 Ebitda), 70m proven 2P reserves, Opex of $13 per barrel, and in a safe Asian geography Ophir is highly higly undervaled. Badger seems like a malicous F&&&wit who is trying to scare investors. Prior to today's excellent update lowest target price was 53p and highest 82p (Morgan Stanley) with an average target price in the low 60p range I will update tomorrow as to post H1 update - Analyst estimates... | ashkv |
