Just love this phrase double quick time , Cooper should of used it last November , then maybe the share price would of spiked to £1 and everyone would have been happy , so what is your estimate in real time period for your phrase , 6 months maybe , which is now nearly the time since he misled the market.

I'd say the price is oil is quite relevant...The main issue around signing off on deals is the attitude towards risk and risk sharing, across the various stakeholders, as the price of oil increases most of the risk falls away?
