OPG (AIM: OPG), the developer and operator of power generation plants in India, announces that Gleneagle Trading FZE, a subsidiary of Gita Investments Limited, a company controlled by Mr Arvind Gupta, Company Chairman, and his family ("Gupta's family") have purchased 150,000 shares at 18.0 pence per share. This increases the Gupta family's shareholding in OPG to 206,642,166 ordinary shares (51.57% of total issued OPG's share capital).
