Bid up circa 27% on the offer price of 22p of a week or so ago. Just another 63p to reach the lowest figure from two Brokers forecasts, going forward. We will get a Div and hopefully H1 results, before the end of this year. Big sellers crying in their cereals?i

Ah well at least it's a bounce. But doesn't mask its fundamental failings as an investment! Maybe now it's become a coal proxy!!

Bloody hope so, this share price has so many false dawns.

Several of the larger holders have sold but seem to have ran out of stock so now there is no overall overhang so the price will recover.

I'd hardly call it sellers. It's been sub 24p so a jump to 27-28p is always going to have a few profit takers so the mm's shake it down to trap a few more. Consolidate for a while then start moving it up. Still confident it will trade much higher this month
but cannot expect it to all happen in one hour.

Good to see a bit of a bounce. But sellers still around, perhaps now at slightly higher prices. But fact remains if this is to make proper progress it needs better governance, better hedging and to start properly reducing debt.

Havent't a clue what your 1mfao means, but its doing the trick; share price jumping. If you have any more like that, bring them on.

No online quote to buy stock even small at 27p

Hence it's gone a little quiet last 5 minutes

I think the seller is out now and look at the buying. I stick by 35-40p this month
26.6p has just been paid. This stock can shift when the mm's have no big seller.

Opg really need these tariff increases to feed through - as I see it they have had an ever decreasing realised tariff take over the last few years combined with increased costs (primarily coal) - not a good combination and was certainly not what was envisaged a few years ago. Without the tariff increases and hopefully reduction in input costs the business model is thrown into doubt.Opg have gone some way to allaying concerns going forward - they are not out of the water yet but are beginning to make the right noises

Not all of us. Morningstar data timed it at 16.52hrs. There was a further 100k trade at 16.57hrs priced @ 25p, they might be related, MM-MM ?

Interesting potential on the tariff front.

Analyst call link, for anyone interested: hxxps://arkadinuk.sharefile.com/share?#/view/sbe0aeeb2e94496eb

Some tidbits from it- the annual report states that they're expecting a 6% tariff increase, but they said on the call that their expectations are actually for a larger increase than that, perhaps as much as a 10% increase in elect prices.

There will be a vote to allow share buybacks at the AGM (note- not actually start buying back shares, just to give the business the ability to perform them, if they so wish).

It's interesting, all ties back into the director targets imo.
